I liked the prompt replies to emails, and the fact that it is based in Australia and you can actually deal with a person.

I liked booking wiht Travelonline - normally book with a local travel agent. I just felt that I had to email a few too many times with regard to when we received our vouchers etc - but I understand that our travel agent appointed was sick or perhaps doesnt work full time and this stressed me a little as I am an organised person.
Apart from that I was more than impressed with Travelonline and would book with them again.

Website is easy to navigate with accurate pricing. Consultant was quick with replies. Flights, transfers, accomodation all were booked with no problems. Have used them before and would use them again.

Everything you arranged was absolutely perfect. That was the second holiday you have organised for me where everything ran like clockwork.

The service provided was very good. Very easy to book. Consultants answered all my queries quickly. Everything was organised and we had a wonderful holiday. The holiday package was great value and I have already recommended travel online to friends. Hope to book another holiday in the not too distant future.

We are back safe and sound and appreciated the lovely little surprise in our mailbox. It was a lovely touch considering everything else was bills.

I just wanted to let you know that our entire experience with your site and company has been exceptional. My husband and I have travelled extensively overseas during our marriage and this would have to be the first time there hasn’t been a hitch. (Virgin changing the time of the flight was not something you could control).

We normally go through the Flight Centre but this time we were travelling with family and they had booked through your site. As a last minute edition to their trip that they had booked in January we were booking in July/August for a September trip and so we tried going directly to the hotel sites and they had nothing. My brother-in-law had booked through your site and we met up for dinner where he took us through it and we booked.

This was the first trip we have ever taken where every voucher was accepted and conditions met without the person in reception giving a quizzical look as though they had never seen one before, and while the use of the word Bula was well done, not hearing, ‘what is this, what does this mean, we never seen this voucher before’ certainly compensated.

We will definitely be using your site again.

Thank you, Louise for organising our short but very memorable and relaxing holiday in Old Phuket Karon Beach Resort, we loved it, flight were great, good connections, only food on the airplanes, not just Malaysians, are going down hill, as we noticed travelling in the last couple of year. As I mentioned in my email we cant fault the service, good communication with Louise via emails, always answered my questions via email, it was a value for money great holiday, we have thoroughly enjoyed it and will recommend you to our family and friends, keep up good work and we will be back hopefully in not too distant future, thank you- Sabina Newman
