Loved the service from your representative, Grace Arphorn, Concierge from MyPhuket-holiday. The transfers to and from the airport to the Centara Resort Kata were excellent, friendly and on-time. The accommodation and facilities were excellent. The lounge experience at Changi Airport was appreciated with the long stopover before flying home to Sydney.
