Only recommendation is better face to face service. I kept on getting directed to the app for in room service and dining which was cumbersome to use.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They called the dr for my husband and arranged for transport as we had to cancel our transfer. They made some plain food for my husband as he was quite unwell. They extended our stay in the room as we needed to wait until he felt better upon checkout. All in all very good service.
Right on the edge of where Seminyak meets Changu, Aloft is a great location for the best of both worlds. Incredibly comfortable beds/pillows and super friendly staff. Breakfast options were great too.

My friend and I stayed at Aloft Seminyak in late May and had the most wonderful time. The room was lovely and clean and all the staff working there were SO welcoming and friendly. Apart from the very busy local traffic, the whole stay was AMAZING.
The staff here are so kind and welcoming. I once had food delivered and due to my card not working, the driver hadn't received payment and the Aloft reception staff paid for me waited until I returned with the cash. It was a big mistake on my part but they were very understanding and helpful. My partner was also sick and they were quick in sourcing an ice bucket, a spare quilt and salt and pepper (after their restaurant closed).
