Good value for money small hotel in Seminyak. Staff always very friendly and happy to please

The hotel was very nice. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. The only downside was stairs. Just recovering from knee surgery and I had to shimmy down the handicap slope like a geisha. If your knees work, nice place to stay.

Could not fault this hotel! Everything was amazing and the staff constantly go above and beyond 

The service was exemplary, and food was lovely and varied. We travelled with a grandchild in the group and found the Balinese to be very accommodating to the child. Seems like they all love kids. There were specially folded "animal" towels and notes left for her on the bed by the cleaning staff. We could not fault the politeness and service of any of the staff in the hotel. The rooms were serviced every day. The pool area was clean and tidy.

Very good service for every one, just 10 minutes walk to the beach

My husband and I stayed at the Four Point by Sheraton Bali Seminjak for 5 nights. It's a Beautiful Hotel and the Service was perfect. The staff is so helpful and friendly, which made our Holiday in Bali very special.
Bec of our Wedding Anniversary, our Bed was beautifully decorated with swan's and flowers. Every night we visited the rooftop bar and we have beautiful memories and we will definitely come back.

Especially the beautiful friendly staff, they made our days there very special. We loved the pool & communal area, Only negatives, lumpy pillows & room cleaning standards not up to scratch

The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful, lovely and clean throughout loved our pool access room spacious and again so clean, location a little far out but do able over all very nice

We had a great time here. Staff were really friendly. We had breakfast each morning and the variety of choices was excellent. We had lunch and dinner here also on some nights, full of flavour and options. Location is good with a shortcut down an alley to the beach.

I was most impressed by the hospitality accorded to us by everyone at the hotel - from reception, dining room, room service, club to pool attendance. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating - they did everything effortlessly. We felt secured and relaxed with the surrounding, both facilities and people.
