Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort Reviews

Only down side is we asked for interconnected rooms but didn’t get them. We had to vacate our room due to bad smell issue and another room was made available after our request even though management knew about the issues. Should have been management offering the room not our responsibility to request change.

Great overall

I would recommend a room on the Diamond Head side as rooms on the Royal Hawaiian side lack the nice views.

my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Outrigger, which was central to all the dining, shopping and beach experience.
Our room overlooked the beach and was maintained well each day.
Valet service was excellent.

Perfect location not the best rooms I have stayed in Hawaii but it was clean & service was great.

Great place to stay. The amenities and staff were excellent.

Try to get a higher floor as the entertainment was verry loud.

Definetely should consider installing more lifts

Lifts were frustrating and the fact that anyone can walk through lobby and use hotel pool was disappointing. They should somehow separate hotel access from the public.

A beautiful country with lovely friendly people. Amazing places to see and lots to do. A fun filled , adventurous time.

Our third stay over 10 years at the Outrigger on Waikiki Beach. It is the perfect central location, has great beach entertainment out the front, close to the strip and has excellent restaurants especially Duke's. As always the staff were fantastic!

Hotel is a great place to stay if you want to be right in the thick of things in Waikiki.
Pool is adequate and beach access is fantastic.
Room was clean and well serviced. Staff friendly and helpful.
A little disappointed in the food and would not bother with including breakfast next time.
Overall, a good choice.

The staff were fantastic. Considering the USA Federal Govt shut down while we were there, they were also very reassuring that we could get home. I can't fault them - Jacqui (concierge) and Skip (bell boy) deserve a raise. They were awesome.

You can't beat beachfront and the outrigger is in the perfect location, close to shops restaurants and of course, on the beach. The rooms are spacious and we were very happy with our partial ocean view room!

Mu husband and I enjoyed our 7 night stay at this Hotel over Xmas. Excellent location to all shopping, food and dining. The coin operated laundry at this hotel is a great asset. Seattle coffee every morning and drinks at Dukes Bar in the afternoon we couldn't have asked for anything more. The rooms were large and always clean and the friendly staff were helpful. This hotel is great for couples and families. We will certainly come back!!!

This hotel is right in the mainstream walking distance to everywhere across the road from the night markets with lots of action.I would definitely stay here again

Stayed here on my first ever visit to Hawaii. It is situated in the most convenient part of Honolulu. Food was excellent & even prices in the boutiques & other shops, at the Hotel, were extremely reasonable. Access to beach is exceptional!
