Would have liked it more if the daily charges of almost $40.00 daily for internet and other miscellaneous services were included in the initial cost of the room per day.
Lovely place to stay clean close to everything
The hotel is in a good location and the staff are great.
There were some downsides to our stay. These being that the wing we stayed in was in need of a makeover and refurb. This showed in the small things like the carpet in the hallways were very old and stained, the room was very dated and small. The elevators were continually breaking down forcing long waits for patrons to get to and from their rooms. This was quite a let down considering its a high end hotel.
Also the swimming pool is problematic because it is not reserved for patrons and people off the street continually walk by and into the grounds and even swim in the pool without being challenged.
The staff were great which made up for it but this hotel has a lot to go to be considered ideal .
