Great holiday!
Unhappy to have paid Extra Person Charges plus taxes of US$2,207 for an old out dated room of 20m² with 2 double beds, noisy air con system, noisy bar fridge during the night. Unbelievable the rip off merchants that Sheraton Waikiki are. This is the first and last time we will stay at a Sheraton hotel. We asked for a 2nd room, none available after paying excessive room rate for the views, and with the construction re-fitout jack hammering works starting at 9.00am great wake up call.
Adults pool is exceptional. Great location.
The strike action marred what would've been a perfect stay as this forced us to have to clean our own rooms of garbage, linen etc for the last 4 days of our stay. Not ideal and hence the rating of 3.
Facilities were excellent, location central to everything, right on the beach. Staff were friendly and service was great.
Our holiday was great and The Sheraton was perfect for what we needed (family of 5). Traveonline provided great service and great deals for our holiday to Hawaii
Great resort, would definitely stay there again.
If you want the best view and location, coupled with on the spot shopping, pools and beaches, this is the spot for you. The view was postcard perfect. There are areas that could be improved, such as the rooms (especially the bathroom) need updating, that would definitely lift the standard of the hotel. Overall we had a great stay. The bed was soooo comfortable!

The Sheraton provided a fantastic service with convienient accomodation to Waikiki and fantastic customer service by all personal I came into contact with. The family pool and surroundings were fantastic and provided both beach/pool options which ensured my child was always entertained and active.
Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will return.
A little pricey but overall good
We absolutely loved the service, location and amazing facilities. The kids were enthralled by pool and adventurous slide alongside making new friends. My wife and I actually had our personal space back to tan, swim and sip cocktails by the scenic pool. .

Loved the Sheraton at Waikiki. We are a family of 4 and had a wonderful stay. The pool was fantastic for the kids and adults also. Waterslide a massive hit! The staff were very friendly and did anything to help. The lei making and cookie decorating staff were wonderful. They remembered our kids and made us all feel so very welcome. I couldn't have asked for more and if we ever return to Hawaii we will definitely stay at the Sheraton again. Perfect location!! 100%!
