Great location central to everything stafff are very friendly
Easy walk to beach check in available when we arrived and reception staff was lovely. The view from our room was disappointing but we did have a balcony with a couple of chairs that overlooked a pretty hideous rooftop of some kind. You could pay more for a room with a better view but you aren't in the room long enough so I guess it's not an issue. Good drawer and cupboard space and good layout. Our housekeeper Zeny was a treasure room cleaned early everyday.
There was a good pool on the same floor as reception with a few chairs around it. Could do with extra umbrellas and what's with the few chairs that you had to rent under a canopy. Very silly idea. Chairs are limited anyway so let's just open them up for free use.
The cafe seemed reasonable and lots of people were buying drinks and /or lunch around the pool.
Easy access to beach towels and the Maui Brewery bar and restaurant were attached so getting dinner after a long touring day was easy.
I would recommend the hotel to anyone as we will go back again and stay as it is well located from the beach and the room service was great
Only 4 lifts over 25 storeys for both guest and staff movement caused over long delays.
Rooms are very clean and the grouting in the bathroom is 100%, I have stayed at many Hotels , Motels and ,Resorts, and none have been up to the standard that the HOLIDAY INN at Hawaii have been. We enjoyed our stay and will return there within the next few years. ( I really could not rate the dinning as we didn't get the chance to try it out. )
Rooms were always clean and comfortable. Staff great. Booked tours through hotel very helpful and everything ran to clockwork. This was our second stay at this hotel only negative dining options very limited would be nice to have a nice restaurant attached.
