Everyone should do Norfolk Island its fantastic, do little or lot like we did with Baunti tours. Great. We wereucky & got the house to stay in , great place. Loved our holiday and will be back to stay at the White House with family.
Will do it all again.
Cyclorama is must , as is the Baunti fish fry. Excellent.

From the moment we arrived Tima looked after us. From our rooms being upgraded to our quick car hire processing. Loved everything about Cumberland Resort and Spa.

Plenty to see and do as well as afternoon R&R on Norfolk. Tima, manager of the Cumberland was excellent and very accommodating to assist with restaurant bookings or any issues with the accommodation.

Ideal location in a well managed resort.

The units were clean and had all the amenities listed in the brochures. The kitchen was complete with all the utensils you need. There was a complimentary basket of food, milk and general supplies with which to get started on the first morning. A free WIFI allowance (200mb) was available daily but more capacity could be purchased . Televisions and DVD players plus Foxtel Sport enhanced the experience. We enjoyed the outdoor verandahs each morning and the car provided was outside our door. We did have trouble with the car provided but managed to overcome the inconvenience. The unit we lived in was comfortable with all the amenities and we enjoyed our stay. Rather than being described as palatial a more accurate description of the whole resort would be " Rustic". The on site manager" Tima " was always helpful and friendly.

We chose here for a special family occasion holiday. We really enjoyed the location and the house. Disappointed the spa was not working as we had looked forward to using this. But not disappointed with Norfolk Island...a beautiful place

Though a little shabby outside Cumberland Resort has very new and spotless accomodation. Staff all have a happy relaxed and most helpful attitude

Cumberland was very comfortable and the staff helpful and considerate.

The manager Tiwa and all the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The size and fitting of the apartment was excellent.
Liked the large private outdoor area.
We asked to upgrade to a later model rental care and this was done asap.
The location within walking distance of town was good.
Would definitely recommend the Cumberland resort and Spa.
There is no onsite restaurant but starter breakfast provisions were provided along with fresh bananas daily.

Manager went 105% to be helpfull and having the car included was great.
As property had no dining facility to require it to be rated is stupid.

The two bedroom unit was well equipped and included a BBQ which proved invaluable as dining options on Norfolk Island are somewhat limited and/or close early in the evening. The unit was large, clean and had everything you could want including Foxtel.
The manager and owners were very welcoming and helpful.

What a fantastic place to stay. From the airport transfers to little touches in the room. Our 25th anniversary will be a treasured memory. Julian and Jazelle were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Thank you very much.

We enjoyed our honeymoon at The cumberland in a 2 bedroom exectutive spa room. Our room was lovely, the Staff very helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay. Lisette and Kel.

We had a great stay at Cumberland on Norfolk Island. As a couple in our late 40s, I challenge the \"newly wed nearly dead\" mantra. There was great hiking, great history and great scenery.

Had a great week at Norfolk and staying at Cumberland made it even more enjoyable.

Very enjoyable stay and it did the trick - boosted the batteries which were getting a bit flat!
Beautiful island and very friendly people. Only one thing which was a shame - $7 for a litre of milk!! The accommodation was excellent and the massage was just the right thing to finish before our flight home. Even had a gift from resort as it was my wife's birthday - a lovely touch. Will be back!
