Emu Walk Apartments & Voyages Ayers Rock Resort is an excellent facility. Comfortable, clean and family friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
One bed Apartment at Emu Walk was excellent for our family of 4, though the air-conditioning was really noisy (but necessary!). Standard, basic apartment but very comfortable and convenient. The whole resort is really well laid-out with all accommodation/restaurant options within walking distance. The supermarket and cafes are only 2 minutes walk from the apartments. Unless you prefer to pay a premium for the guided coach tours, we would highly recommend hiring a car for the convenience of travelling to Uluru, Kata Tjuta and beyond at your own pace. Hiring bikes from Outback Cycling to ride around Uluru was fantastic, and the Camel Farm is well worth a visit even if you don't ride.
We loved our stay at the emu walk apartments and loved yuluru and our first experience of the NT . Wish we could have stayed longer and cant wait to explore the territory further at another date
Beautiful apartments.
Good value spacious accommodation for families, groups wanting more than 1 room, well equipped newly refurbished spacious apartment, close to shopping area and other hotels which can be used for dining and pools. Only criticism was when rooms were refurbished grouting and shower door was not cleaned or renewed and showed signs of black mould, I would not let this spoil the overall stay and would recommend to friends.
Excellent, comfortable accommodation central to Town Square. The only downside was the service throughout the resort. We suffered forgotten bookings and slow, brusque service repeatedly, especially at the different dining venues.
What a terrible shame they didn't update the a/c which was very old, not that effective, so noisy we had to turn off to sleep plus couldn't turn off at thermostat control and had to get staff to turn off at main break panel. Were it not for this we'd have given a 5+++ * rating. The designers/ interior decorators have done a fantastic job.
The staff were absolutely wonderful, esp Ryan.
Apartment was spacious, and well laid out. In need of some refurbishment, but this is being carried out. Well placed to see and visit Uluru and Kata Juta.
Stayed October 2014
The apartments are satisfactory but in need of a little TLC. We were surprised when our room wasn't serviced until at least 4pm each day. The location is great halfway between the 2 hotels and restaurants and close to the small shopping centre. The staff at the resort were extremely helpful and pleasant and the tours we did were excellent. Especially the Awakenings sunrise tour and the small plane scenic flight.
Accommodation comfortable - everything you need is available.
shame that the weather was horrible. we were only there for the one night and weren't able to enjoy seeing the rock properly due to the inclement weather
