Easy Check in & Out

The room we had was spacious enough and decent balcony. It was clean and had most things you need and if you didn't service was very prompt. The downside is the beds were hard so we woke up a little sore in the morning. Nothing major but uncomfortable. Also, the showers which were lovely kept changing from hot to cold and vice versa made it unpleasant at times but again no major issue just something they really should fix.

The hotel had lovely pools. The rooftop pool was closed during our stay which was a little bummer but the 2 pools were great. If you have accessibility issues it's difficult to get yourself in and out of the pools. 1 pool had bars which was good but need to get to them by going over wobbly bridges without bars and caves. The other kids pool just had ladders which was challenging. The pool bars were nice too and the water was lovely.

The mini bar, restaurants and pool bars weren't too expensive and we're pretty good. Breakfast was great,

The on site travel agent helped us out and seemed to be decently priced and good service

Wi-fi was good, TV not much in English

Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Positives location is great, pools are fantastic, rooms big and spacious, staff lovely
Negative bed is extremely hard, not enough toilet paper and water pressure is low in showers.

Had an awesome time at Kata Palms Resort and Spa. Room was perfect and very well serviced daily. Staff very friendly and food was amazing with a large variety. Staff waited on us so well we didn’t want to leave to come home. Highly recommend for everyone. Special thanks to Pauline at resort for going over and beyond for us.

Hotel is beautiful and staff were lovely, I came with my cousin & her 10 month old baby. They were extremely helpful and even took the bub for walks so she could eat without his helping hands.

Great location, close to beach but not too busy as some of the near by beaches such as patong.

Would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay. Yummy breakfast everyday. Great service and wonderful staff.
The only negative was that they never changed our sheets in 9 days yes they make the bed but no clean sheets at all.

All good to be there, interconnecting rooms are limited, services great. District and service to other locations somewhat time consuming but prompt and locals helpful mostly.

We had a great time staying at Kata Plam Resort.
The food was great and the staff where fantastic and our rooms where cleaned every day. My grand childern all had a great time because of your staff.

We absolutely love Kata Beach, there's shopping, restaurants, the beach is just wonderful. The resort is in a great location so we walked everywhere. The resort itself is in need of a spruce up as it's looking a bit tired. We were very happy with our room as it was very spacious. We can't wait to go back to Kata but will not stay at that resort again.

Good value for money. Room and pool was lovely, staff were friendly. Downsides were the poor gym facilities and total lack of speed of internet in the room. Enjoyed the cooking class :)

Kata palm resort and spa is incredible. facilities are beautiful, food is great, service is beyond excellent, very helpful staff, excellent location, excellent value for money! Totally recommend this place.

We had a great week at Kata Palms. Enjoyed lazy days by the pool and drinking at the pool bar. Clean and tidy rooms. Great value for money.

We stayed there for 5 days and we loved it, great facilities, big room, nice breakfast and very good service. The only negative side is about the sun lounges the hotel has by the beach, which I understand they are from a third party but people working there are not very friendly and the food is awful and expensive. The hotel should review the agreement they have with them.
