lovely people, great pools, great beach, great food
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this resort. There are plenty of activities for the kids to do you don't even need to leave. It has its own private beach which is nice to swim in if you're wanting a change from the big pools. There are plenty of dining options and Mr Wong up the road is a very nice cheaper alternative, it is easy to get transport into Patong or Karon which are only 5-10 mins away. The resort is so big you don't feel like you are on top of anyone even when it is busy.
Great on all fronts
This was a mother and daughter trip specifically for relaxation and reconnection. The resort? Magnificent. Private beach, awesome restaurants, professional and indulgent massages at Le Spa. Breakfast was bountiful with great selection that kept you full til dinner time. Taxi service was very efficient with excellent service. Reception was very friendly and excelled at customer service. It was nice to have the option of staying at the resort and feeling like you were in your own haven or going into Patong or Karon Beach, just 10-15min away, to enjoy the hustle and bustle of a beach location on steroids! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay which exceeded our exceptions. It’s not a cheap holiday, but worth every cent! Our package included extras, which was excellent value and soooo worth it!
We had a lovely time - there was lots to do in the resort, meaning we didn't HAVE to leave. Regardless, we also explored a little around the island and enjoyed coming back 'home' for the amazing dinners!
Place was excellent a little expensive with meals and beverages
Our second time at Le Meridien and it doesn't disappoint. Interconnecting rooms were great, so many fun activities for the kids, the BEST pools and a beautiful beach all only 5 mins to Patong for more action. We will be back!
The best hotel in Phuket by a long shot. We first went in 1987 and just keep going back. 5 minute drive out of Patong which will cost you about $12 one way in taxi/tuk-tuk. 10 out of 10
We loved our stay at Le meridien. The staff and service were friendly and went out of their way to help, the resort is centrally located between Patong and Karon but not so close that you cant get away from the hustle and bustle. Our rooms were excellent and very comfortable and we enjoyed the wide range of facilities form drinks by the pool to swimming at the private beach. Highly recommended.
The staff at Le Meridien was its best asset , wonderful, amazing. The resort was perfectly located, private beach , many activities , great restaurants, would definitely stay there again

Le Meriden is a perfect and beautiful place to stay. Helpful and friendly staff always smiling. This is a place we would highly recommend to anyone and we will be returning to this hotel again. Everything you could want is at your finger tips (beach, pool, food, activities). Absolutely enjoyed our stay there
What a truly lovely resort. Only a short Tuk Tuk or Taxi ride (3 min) to the centre of Patong, but as the resort is located on its own acreage and has its own private beach you are far enough removed from the hustle and bustle of Patong to relax.
Memorable stay....
Beautiful resort with great views to the private beach and pools. The resort staff were lovely and always friendly and helpful . Our room was immaculate and was cleaned daily and them given a tidy and fresh towels every evening again! The beach and pools are just divine ! The food was very good and there are several bars and restaurants . I recommend the buffet breakfast! Patong is only five minutes away, where there are markets, food and a busy night life . We will defiantly go back to this resort and will recommend it highly to friends. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

Wonderful
Private beach, beautiful swimming pools, polite and friendly staff, clean and amazing attention to detail. Quiet tranquil paradise, but if you want a little bit of Thai mayhem and reality only a short tuk tuk or taxi ride to Patong.

Everything was lovely and we were looked after quite well. Lots of activities at the hotel and the beach was just beautiful, will definitely be back.
Le meridien could not be faulted. The staff were outstanding and the buffet breakfast amazing. Very clean resort and beautiful rooms. Has everything you need. AND the private beach is amazing. Away from the rat race of patong. Will definitely stay here again.
The only reason we didn't give a 5 for location is that it is a 5 minute taxi ride into Patong for restaurants and shopping which adds about $20 return to your daily hotel cost. We have been to three other resorts over about 8 trips to Phuket and we would not stay anywhere else.
3rd visit and will happily go back again. Resort has just had a nice makeover and even though occupancy was close to 100% you would not have noticed. Adequate staff and amenities for all.
