Beautiful resort. Our third time there, and we'll be back! Loved the Voyager Club, the perfect place to unwind of an evening with a cocktail and lagoon view.

The only negative was the resort being a bit isolated. At Kathtani Karon it was nice just to walk out to the shops
We enjoyed our stay at Outrigger but it is a little out of the way. Although there’s a shuttle that takes you to a tiny shopping area it takes half an hour or more to go anywhere else and an average of AUD $30 ea way for a taxi. We had a sea view room and the rest of our party ( 15 pax in total ) had the lagoon rooms- they wished they had upgraded!! The resort in in need of a little TLC but still lovely and comfortable. There’s a water slide for the children and “ adults “ and that was certainly well used. The staff make this resort what it is and they were most helpful and thoughtful. My daughter and I got sick and we both received fresh flowers and a card. Never had that before. The best value for money we have ever had was the half board inclusion we took up. Even though we had a special menu to the normal a la carte, most nights the resort had banquets or buffets and they were incredible and included in our half board!!

The staff have excellent customer service.Large , clean recently renovated rooms. Large pools, water slide.Aqua aerobics one of many activities. Breakfasts are very varied and of a high quality. Concierge very helpful organizing free shuttle and taxis. Mojitos at sunset a must..
