Pool was so beautiful and I love that it had shady parts for our baby. Staff and restaurants were great. Room was good too. Couldn't really fault it. We cant wait to return.
Couldn't fault the staff all very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful room, pool and great location.The food wasn't the best I have had and quite expensive (naturally in a resort) but it was too hot to leave the resort and go check out cheaper options. All up very relaxing holiday.
Best thing about the Marriot Courtyard is that its joined to the Marriot gardens resort so you have the choice of two large swimming pools and joint facilities. Staff are very nice and helpful. breakfast time can be very busy and sometimes there was a lack of organization in regards to seating and readiness of tablets for people arriving at breakfast. Overall the service was great with very friendly and helpful staff. The Marriot gardens pool is lovely!
One criticism I do have is a lack of safety railings on the steps leading into the swimming pools. Being 83, and not as steady on my feet as I used to be, I found it rather daunting getting in and out of the pool.
We found the staff, particularly at the pool side bar pleasant and obliging

From entering the beautiful hotel foyer, we knew we had made the right decision. The resort is absolutely beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was amazing! We loved the location, straight onto the streets with restaurants, supermarket and maker stalls right outside the entrance. Room was a little small for a family of 4, but sufficient and always clean.

We have been to number of hotels in Bali but Courtyard at Marriot grabs nunber 1 spot for friendly staff, awesome room service, location and so more... It saves us time to book this hotel every single time we visit Bali.

I could not speak more highly about the Hotel, the staff were excellent always helpful, rooms were spotless, it was really 5 star holidaying. Wei at reception was extremely helpful arranging tours for us. The best massages. Wonderful Place.
From the moment we arrived we were so glad we chose to stay at the Marriott. We chose a pool terrace room for My husband, myself, 18 month old and 4 year old. The staff are so polite, and happy to go above and beyond and were terrific to our children. The breakfast spread was fantastic with a lot of variety.

Service was excellent. Particularly the housekeeping - Sanarta's daily towel creations were a treat.
We fully enjoyed courtyard marriott and were satisfied their services. I think this hotel is good for families cuz they have good kids activity progrmmes.
loved the courtyard marriot in bali very clean area and safe,not Balinese style very modern and stylish .staff were so friendly and helpful pool was fantastic. block 5 is the best if you want more quite as others have families and adjoining rooms which can be a bit noisy if you like quite time overall a wonderfull hotel have all ready told friends to stay there in june and they will.
We both loved our stay at the Courtyard Marriot in Nusa Dua. The hotel staff could not do enough for you and were extremely friendly and courteous. Our only complaint was the restaurant menu which was limited, and being there for ten days got a bit tedious, but the food was well cooked and tasty.
We experienced a problem when a family member unable to reach us on our mobile telephoned the hotel mid way through our stay to be told we had checked out. This was was to tell us of the death of a close member of our family when they did get us on mobile sometime later we spoke to the duty manager and room manager who were then

Nice resort in quiet area, staff are lovely my 2 young children had an awesome time!
We had our room upgraded from a garden view to pool view room which was good. The lobby is huge, the pool was beautiful and the breakfast was excellent. The service is impressive and they're all really friendly and helpful. The private beach is not far from the hotel but there is always a free hotel shuttle car for drop and pick up to the beach within 5 mins. One little suggestion for the hotel is to put air conditioning inside the elevator because it can be really humid every time we use it.
