Novotel Bali Benoa are undergoing maintenance work on their swimming pools to ensure their pools remain in excellent condition. Scheduled in stages, Evening of 3 November - 30 November 2024: Penida Pool will be closed for maintenance & evening of 1 December - 20 December 2024: Nirwana & Crocokiss Pools will be closed for maintenance. During this period, the resort is pleased to invite all guests to a special Cocktail Hour at Nanas Bar, every day from 4 PM to 5 PM, with snacks and beverages provided free of charge.

Great service. Very relaxing stay
I would definitely stay at this hotel again, the staff were beautiful, and very attentive, lots of activities going on around the hotel for guests to get involved in.
Rooms were very nice and comfortable.
Benoa is quiet and very relaxing, loved it!
The only negative is that the beach side pool needs a swim up bar. And the seafood buffet was not great or worth the money. But we had a wonderful time and our beach cabana room was amazing, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud and so big, the outdoor stone bath was amazing. Such a beautiful resort.
