Having booked on the internet, I was pleasantly surprised to be allocated a consultant. She kept us informed and we were prompted as and when we needed to make decisions or payments. You, the company, need to word your holiday offerings a tad better. What were optional extras came across as part of the deal. So watch that guys.

This is the second time I have booked with travel online. I found this time I had to chase up a few things. I changed my booking from one person to two, and twice I had to email and request that the itinerary be updated. The hotel had obviously also had been given the non updated version as they kept querying the fact that ther were two people arriving for breakfast every morning!
Overall though it was not a big issue, just a minor irritation and it would not stop me from booking with travel online in the future. I would be happy to recommend the service to others.
