Communication was always promptly replied. We had absolutely no issues with any of the parts of our holiday booked with travel online.

This is the first time I've used Travelonline & I was very impressed. The customer service was excellent & always available to answer any questions I had. The price we got for our package was fantastic, much better than booking direct through the hotel or through other agents ie:trivago, bookings.com etc. I would definitely recommend Travelonline & will use them again.

As usual Travel on line's service was great. I just have some comments regarding the booking process I would like to bring to your attention:
1) it was very confusing trying to finalise our travel arrangements with 3 different consultants. Having to explain where we were at with other consultants was very time consuming.
2) the transfers we booked with the TTF shuttle service were not very good. It took nearly 3 hrs for us to get from the air port to the Warwick, because of the number of drop offs at different resorts along the way. We upgraded to a private transfer for our return trip which cost an extra FJ$190 on top of the service we already paid for in advance. It only took 1.5 hrs to get to the airport but we had to leave the resort at 4am to catch a 9:15am flight back to Sydney. I would recommend travelers staying on the Coral Coast to book a night's accommodation in Nadi for the morning flight to Australia the following morning.

Will and have recommended. Very easy website for entering and re- entering different search criteria for a potential holiday. I reckon I emailed myself 10 quotes prior to booking our preferred itinary.
