Happy with service, credit card fees are a bit expensive but overall really happy

Excellent service. Staff were extremely helpful, thorough and prompt in their replies especially as we were booking everything from the UK. All parts of the package were well organised and co-ordinated. Travel arrangements were all on time and the accommodation was brilliant. I have been very impressed and will certainly choose travel online again.

All of the pre-travel arrangements were well organised and most professional.
The transfer from the Phuket Airport to the Resort and return were in high quality air-conditioned vans, and in both cases the English-speaking drivers were most helpful and informative.
We booked a Deluxe Room, and we were most pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Diamond Suite (at no extra cost).
The only down-side was the spasmodic availability of WiFi in the room.
The Resort was excellent value for money, and would certainly recommend this Resort to other travellers.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the Diamond Cliff Resort to fellow travellers, as well as recommending the services of Travelonline.

Love this service that's why we always use Travelonline ????????????. We do not have the cash to pay the full amount straight up and being able to pay your accommodation off is so handy.

It would have been nice to be seated next to my wife on the plane trips. Our pre-seating had has seated across an aisle? Also, options for long-legged people like me for extra leg room on the plane could have been more clear at the time of making our booking.

Overall, a wonderful holiday experience and I will be using and recommending Travel Online again in the future for our trips. Thank you!

Only annoying thing was when we booked it accepted our booking but then next day we were told the room was not actually available for all 5 days. Ultimately it was sorted out but a little frustrating to start with
