Good communication and answered queries promptly. Very happy with the service. We missed the fact that our flights were seat and bag only (No food or movies onboard) and weren't prepared for that first flight without snacks. Our fault, but perhaps this is something that is highlighted more to future travellers to help them avoid this mistake.

All the staff were excellent, so helpful & got us an amazing deal on fantastic accommodation in Port Douglas. Excellent service I would have no hesitation in booking with them again.

Clare listened to our requests and found what we wanted and when we had a query she responded and corrected it promptly.Overall a good experience.

My travel arrangements to Norfolk Island included accommodation, flights and a car. The booking was easy and I will recommend the service to my friends and family.

We found Rebecca Ross vert helpful and was quick to respond to any questions we had. This is the first time we have booked everything online and with her help all went smoothly. The only bad comment was about the tour that come with the hotel package from My Phuket travel tours, we thought it would be a guide that would give you information as we drove but he was a driver with limited English.

Your service was fantastic , everything went smooth and i would use your service again as i allways do.
