I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my call was answered and how efficiently any queries were dealt with. These days its almost an expectation that there's little service with online companies, but this hasn't been my experience with travelonline. I have already recommended travelonline to friends and will certainly book with them again. No matter how many ways I searched for better deals (both accommodation and flights) travelonline was always the most reasonable with a great user friendly website.

I like how easy it is to book with you. And you also respond to any questions I might have promptly.. It's great to know that everything is organised before I travel. My family have used travel online on numerous occasions now and will continue to do so with their future travels..

Everything was arranged well and our holiday went smoothly.

I was wary about booking an overseas holiday online to begin with But it was perfect all the way.
Everything ran a smooth as clockwork, flights were on time, transfer buses, hotel rooms.

Hello

I just have a comment to make. When I left Outrigger I had to pay $30 a day for the breakfast buffet. I had not realised that this was not included in the cost of my accommodation which was not cheap [in any way].

For me, to have this pointed out, or made very clear, or to have to the option of breakfast or even all meals included as a package would have been very helpful for me.

You may or may not know, but the Outrigger is not close to any other resorts or shops and thus the only available food was at the Outrigger and I found the food very expensive [for what it was].

Second time using TravelOnline and really happy with how smooth everything was again. Website is very easy to use and my emails were replied to quickly. All in all a very good outcome.
Would be great if we didn't have to reconfirm transfers 48hrs prior, if TravelOnline could do this on our behalf that would be great! However does not effect the overall positive experience we had, thank you!
