No babyseat in transfer from airport as planned. Transfer between resorts was late.Final transfer to airport was great.

The personal service is great and attentive. The only reason I give the "service" only 4 stars is when looking to book a vacation the website didn't provide enough information about the individual resorts, room type (pictures, configuration, size) etc so I found myself flipping from another well known site for that info.
Do not recommend the shuttle when leaving the resort and needing to catch a flight. It took over 3 hrs to do the 1.5 hr drive because others were not ready at their pick up locations. ????. We almost missed our flight. (On the way to the resort it was fine as people get off quickly....no waiting).
Next time private shuttle!!!!

I appreciated the communication & support throughout my pre & post trip. I also loved the package deal that was offered which included airport transfers and most of all the Day Care Spa complimentary massage. I managed to make regular trips, as I have never experienced such an amazing experience! I will be a repeat customer for sure!

Agent needs to suggest booking additional room night for Cook Islands when arriving 7.30 am flight ex Sydney. Needed room before 3.00 in afternoon. Rarotongan & Sanctuary Rarotonga is deinitely not a 4 or 5 star facility as we did expect. Also no Spa available currently so we had to take a credit.

The only issue we had was that the original room we tried to book was no longer available so I had to go back and re-book a different hotel. The service was great - no hassles during or prior to the trip, and I got some general important advice on what to expect. So I would book with Travel Online again. With regards to the particular hotel - it was a great deal, but it's unlikely that it will be matched next year, since it was an initial promotion from the takeover by Hilton. But I would certainly be on the lookout for similar deals in the future, especially in the Pacific. Fiji overall is probably the best location to travel with little kids - all those kids clubs and wonderful nannies!
