I have booked my past few trips with travelonline
Never had any issues, but this last one I had to chase a couple of items.
Trip went well and I would highly recommend travelonline over any other track agnt.
Staff are friendly and very helpful

Michelle made everything so easy and it all went off without a hitch. We had10 people and everything from seats on the plane to room configuration was sorted out for us. I organised the trip and I am very time poor so being able to call and email and great great customer service from MICHELLE was wonderful. She was extremely knowledgable about all the details from the flight to the accomodation etc we really appreciated her help and will definitely book with Travelonline again because of it.

I would defiantly book again with travel on line. Even though it is an online booking service our consultant Renae Tuilaepa was on hand at all times and helped us with upgrading accommodation and organising transfers, would most certainly recommend travel on line to family and friends
