I felt very confident with the whole process, and throughout the whole holiday there were no problems whatsoever.

On my arrival at the resort i was the only one who had no issues with my booking.
Holly took care of it for me and all i needed to do was present ID and was taken straight to my room while others were experiencing issues with their reservation
