I was surprising happy with how good it was to be able to arrange a holiday by emailing. It was a lot of emails to and from for our customised trip but it worked because it was 7 days a week and I could email questions in the evening and receive replies in the morning and forward those to my husband and daughter for their thoughts

Very happy with service provided. We did not encounter any issues during our holiday, all flights/tranfers/room booking/meal vouchers etc were as booked and ran smoothly.
