The resort rooms were generally very well appointed and comfortable. Housekeeping service was very good.

Food was generally of good quality and variety and service, the breakfast buffet was very extensive. Was hard to get a reasonable booking time for dinner booking as they booked in three sittings rather intermittent bookings.

Pool closed a 7 pm in villas and 8pm in the main hotel which was a significant negative aspect of the resort, would have been good to have the opportunity of a swim after dinner in the middle of summer

The Sheraton Villa's in Denarau are a wonderful place to stay. The staff are very friendly & helpful & the facilities are first class with the use of 3 resorts in the one large complex, the rooms are very spacious & clean with great amenities in them. The food & drinks are on the expensive side, but we were able to offset some of the cost by cooking our own meals on a couple of occasions in the villa as there was a small supermarket on our doorstep. We also used the Bula bus to go into the port area to shop & also dine at the fabulous local restaurants whose prices are quire reasonable. . There are also a lot of day trips that can be accessed quite easily through the resort. - Thoroughly recommend

Everything about our stay was an experience. Our surroundings were beautiful and well maintained.
From the small details such as flowers on our beds, daily water (for Marriott bonvoy members) to the friendly greetings of staff, choice of breakfast at both the Westin and Sheraton and the exquisite dinner at Ports O’Call restaurant our stay was amazing! Being able to move through the Villas and 2 resorts with cultural activities available to us from both meant we had a huge choice available.
You can do as much or as little as you want - please ensure you support the local economy by visiting places off Denarau- Such as Sabeto mud pools, the Fijian fruit markets in Nadi and cultural villages as tourism is the major industry in Fiji and the local people rely on our business to survive. This break was exactly what we needed and we will definitely be counting down the days until we can return.

Cannot recommend the Sheraton Denarau Vilas enough. We only had to pay $200 AUS to upgrade to an ocean front room and were extremely happy with the amazing location and service. The staff were so friendly and accommodation. We had 7 month old baby and the ease of staying there with her was so good. I can highly recommend the nanny service - we used Marika and she was just beautiful with our little girl. Great location and the resort facilities including pool were 5 star. The rooms could use an update but beds were very comfortable, although air con dd leave some moist on the ceiling and drops on the floor.

Highly recommended for families and everyone else as there are many options including Westin and Sheraton as they are all part of the same resort. Lots of restaurants, pools and activities for the kids. Staff go above and beyond and spoiled our kids!

Perfect family getaway. Kids loved it and location was close to all amenities. Friendly hotel staff and exceptional service, villas were spacious and super clean. The only downside was that prices for food and drinks were higher than expected but we'll definitely go back again.

We didn’t want to come home, next time we will stay longer, the floor plan in the Villas was perfect for us with a family of 5, the kids had there own room connecting to our main lounge and parents retreat, and the service was amazing! Plenty of room to walk around the resort, it was huge!

Loved our family stay at the Sheraton Villas. Our fifth trip to Denarau. We have stayed at all the resorts there. The Villas are now our favourite.

Highly recommended. The Sheraton Villas are immaculate, the staff are exceptional and the location is perfect. A wonderful spot for a relaxing holiday. The Fijian hospitality is second to none.

Sheraton Denarau Villas was perfect for us with our 4 children (aged from 16 to 5). We were upgraded from a 2 bedroom garden villa to a 2 bedroom pool villa on arrival which was a wonderful start to our holiday. The villa had a king size bed in a very large bedroom with its own large bathroom and built in laundry (bring a few laundry detergent capsules if you want to freshen anything up in the wash during your stay as none provided). The 4 children shared a second generously sized bedroom with 2 double beds and their own smaller bathroom. The 2 bedrooms were joined through a family/dining area and kitchen. Each room had lounges and TVs. We had 2 balconies overlooking the pool and we could even see the ocean too. Plenty of room for all 6 of us in the villa which is what we were after. The villa was serviced daily and the same fluffy white pillows and doonas as all Sheraton Hotels. This was our first time in the villas (previously stayed in the Sheraton Hotel) but we will definitely be back and certainly recommend the Sheraton Villas for families wanting Sheraton luxury as well as plenty of space.

We had a great week at the villas! The resort is great and the fact that you can use the pools and restaurants at both the Sheraton and Westin was such a bonus. We ate breakfast at the Westin everyday and our favourite restaurant for lunch and dinner was Kitchen Grill at the Westin. We also had a fabulous dinner at Ports O'Call for my birthday. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout the resort. We would love to go back next year.

Staying at the Sheraton Villas is fantastic as you get to utilise the 3 resorts. The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Service friendly. The Fijians are just beautiful people. The food and drinks in the resorts are overpriced. The location is great for us as a family as we had many options close by to do. We will definitely be coming back.

Recently stayed for 11 nights at the Sheraton in a 2 bedroom villa. Fantastic location and staff. All the Fijian staff could not help enough. Made you feel at home. Our 9 year old loved the kids club. Was free except for special themed nights but cost was very minimal and worth it. Breakfast package included which was your standard buffet style but offer was endless and fresh. Kids had the $5 meal package for dinner which had more than enough selection for them. With the 3 resorts combined had numerous offers for dinner each night and with being so close could walk to any. Great pool offers through all the resorts just need to get in early for lounges. Constant rotation of guests out of the resorts daily doing sightseeing on the outer islands so resort really never felt busy. Booking for January 2018 and can't wait to return.

This was our fourth return to Sheraton within 5 years. A truely breathtaking resort with many features to suit everyone. The staff treat us like family and provide continuous 5 star service. A special mention to Susana (front reception) and Peni (flying fish bar) for making it a holiday to remember. We will be back!!

Nothing went wrong. Memorable trip and already planning the next one here...

We just loved our stay so much. The staff were so lovely always wanting to hold and kiss our baby. Our room was perfect for a family with two small kids and really comfortable. Whilst expensive, we enjoyed the food at the restaurants immensely, especially Ports O Call, and we loved the fact that we could use the Westin's faciltiies too.

Very happy with the accommodation. Clean, tidy luxurious, staff were great and friendly.

We stayed at the villas with our 3 kids (4,18months, 5months) in September. The rooms were exceptionally large and comfortable which made our stay a lot more enjoyable as we could still enjoy the room while the kids slept.
The kitchen was very handy but unfortunately the 'supermarket' offers very little in the way of healthy food.
The dining options were underwhelming and very overpriced. It's definitely worth the short trip to the marina for much yummier meals.
We all loved the pools and the ability to use facilities at all the resorts. We would stay here again.

These Villas were so great for our two families (7). We had plenty of room and everything we needed. There were many dining options and great pools. They had a lot of great water sports available. We only wish had been able to stay longer.

My husband and I just returned from 11 nights in Fiji with our 2 daughters. Everything was amazing. I cannot fault one thing! Can't wait to go back - and it will be to the Sheraton!

Lovely spacious rooms in the villas and staff could not do enough for us. Pools and resort well set up. Big thumbs up! I would recommend them to anyone especially young families. Located not too far from port denerau so day tripping was easy.

We came here straight from the Intercontinental (on the coral coast) so this place was always going to struggle to meet our high expectations. The villas themselves are lovely, perfectly set out for families and really Relaxing. The pool chairs around the villas pools are awful, need replacing. Get a pool towel early because they run out. We missed out 2 days in a row! Plenty to do, good kids club. Westin pool the best. Westin breakfast buffet was less busy and served sparkling wine with breakfast! Port o'call (adults only) restaurant was fabulous. Denarau itself is busy, with lots to do. Easy to get around on the bula bus, you can eat at any resort around so plenty of choices. Good location to get out to the islands for day trips. Would we return- only if we had to stay before going to the islands.

The Sheraton denaru villas were fantastic and really catered well for my young family. Pools were excellent the food good however a little pricy and the service much better than expected. Will definitely come back.

Every restaurant had perfect service and the food was exceptionally good.

First time we went to Fiji and what an experience. We specifically chose not to be too active during our holiday. Just relaxing and enjoying the Fijian hospitality. We had two teenage kids with us and the rooms plus facilities were perfect. Even they enjoyed themselves....yes there was free wifi too :) .There was enough on offer to get active at the actual resort but there were plenty of other options on offer to go on tour beyond the resort and visit other areas as well. Food and buffets on offer (specially the 'Feast restaurant' was fantastic. I would recommend to get breakfast included as there is so much on offer that you won't be needing any more until dinner time ! Just a few nice drinks and snacks...
Swimming pools are set up with space for everyone and off course you can roam around and visit also the facilities of all the neighbouring resorts. All an easy stroll away.

Fantastic rooms - 2 bedroom villa was huge!. Super-comfy beds and pillows (and we are very fussy) and very quiet rooms - solid doors throughout. wonderful staff and exceptional service. In-house dining was expensive, but cheap options across the road. Pools were wonderful, and being able to use the facilities at Westin was great for variety. Proximity to port was fantastic with all the day trips we did. We would definitely go back to Sheraton Villas for our next Fiji holiday.

We loved the hotel! We thought the Sheraton Villas was definitely the better hotel at Denaru after walking around and checking out all the other hotels. The rooms were large, modern and really clean. There was access to the three hotels, Westin and the Sheraton and Sheraton Villas meaning more pools, restaurants and entertainment. We also accessed the Radissons pool and restaurants. We will definitely go back next year and stay at the same hotel.

Spent a week at the Villas. Had the run of the Sheraton and the Westin. Friendly staff, a sizeable 2br apartment, plenty of food options. We'll probably be back.

Mostly we really enjoyed this stay and on the whole staff attitude ranged from bored to very helpful and pleasant, however one or two of the restaurant staff were just plain rude. Prices are also high and VAT price is never shown unlike other external venues. Otherwise the resort was really great. Rooms were well appointed (we had a 2 bedroom villa). Having a washing machine/dryer was great. Pool at the back door kept the kids happy. Plenty of pool options and other activities although some run on 'Fiji time' so it is a bit random when or if they actually occur. Kids loved the daily buffet breakfast. Recommend the Bula Water park as well for kids. The staff are fantastic - basically just take the kids off your hands and run them through the rides for as long as they want. Will be good once they have completed the permanent park though as there isn't a big variety of rides.

The staff at Sheraton are unbelieveable. This is a very special place to us and we will always feel like family while staying at Sheraton. Have been 3 times now but this was the first time in the Villas - so, so much space. We didn't want to leave. An amazing holiday thanks to the staff

Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. Great to be able to use all the facilities of all three resorts there (Sheraton, Sheraton Villas and Westin). Very diverse selection of restaurants for all occasions- Flying Fish was comfortably the pick though. Denarau Golf Course a minutes walk away was great for a quick round- the back nine in particular was picturesque and a lot of fun. And the kids club is the best thing since sliced bread.
We had breakfast included daily- if we didn't I would have been a little dismissive of the value proposition of the hotel, but with it included the price seemed about right.
Overall a wonderful family holiday and we can't wait to go back already.

We had the most amazing time, we had a 3 bed seafront villa for 7 nights, and it was just awesome, couldn't fault it and we are a family of 7. This is the fourth trip to the Sheraton Villas and it never disappoints. The accommodation is perfect for families and with access to the Sheraton and Westin, you have the complete resort experience. Great location to ensure you have many dining options... what's not to love.

Had 3 nights all up, one on arrival and two prior to departure after week on island resort. Very spacious, clean rooms. Beautiful garden areas and nice pools. Friendly staff always helpful too. Food avg for what you pay for, better options at other resorts or in Port Denarau.

Fun family holiday.

This was the perfect place to stay given the ages of our grandchildren. The pool was the best in the complex and accommodation more than met our needs.Everything was handy and the staff were wonderful.

Only suggestion is to reinstate the info folder or make sure the info on the TV is actually working.

Rooms were very spacious. Very clean. A little dated but still ok.

Fantastic room with everything you could want, Feast Buffet was spectacular, pools beautiful, gym great. Fantastic.

Awesome pools were great ...... milk or water bottles were given only first day of stay...rooms so beautiful and clean but overall excellent holiday at Sheraton Villas enjoyed our stay ...room service excellent.

Nice service and comfortable rooms.

The Sheraton Villas was very welcoming and a great spot. With the pool outside your door and many others to choose from there was much to do. Staff were so friendly and kids club and nannies were fantastic. Only small suggestion would be information in the rooms on where to get pool towels from, how to get a nanny etc, we found we had to ask other guests and wandered around until we got answers. Would return.

If you just want a low stress luxurious break, this is a great place to lounge by the pool, or wander around the other luxury resort style hotels nearby, trying the various dining options. Kids will love the huge pools. Lots of shady spots to lie and read a book, maybe try some of the happy hour cocktails. Dining was expensive, especially with the 20 % tax that gets added. The golf club across the road was good value. Get the yellow bus into Nadi with the locals and have lunch at the Farmers Club if you wants a taste of real Fiji. For the less adventurous there's always the Bula bus into Port Denarau, which is more in keeping with the luxury tourist theme.

The rooms are huge, very clean. So close to every thing. The surrounding is so relax, much better than the modern apartments elsewhere. We love it!

This is a great family stay, with self equipped kitchen and clean tidy rooms. The service is great, although can be a little expensive if eating and drinking at hotel, but there is lots of choices, as well as being self contained. We have 4 children and all loved the villa's.

Very close to pool just relax and enjoy.

I loved this place! We go to Fiji every year and always stay in different in different places. This is now going to be our annual spot. Loved the Villas - the Villa host was excellent, the resort gorgeous. Love love love!

Fantastic meals easy to access mainland, kids had a ball at kids club (included), day out at tiwi island, fire dance show.

We were upgraded to a seafront room and it was huge and beautifully positioned. Great for families as its got the amenties in room for babies/toddler.

Just what we were looking for
Only little irk, not enough poolside lounges at the infinity pool, and wet edge bar, also lack of towels, some guests take more than their fair share!!

Great rooms. Good food not perfect atSheraton and Westin. Quite expensive dining and no free water sports which is a little annoying. Expensive to do actives there like jet ski etc

Lovely hotel room, great kitchen, lovely pool area, great choice of places to eat, easy access to the marina on the Bula Bus, kids under 4 eat free at selected places, use of 3 hotels. Very clean, great staff very friendly. Will return.

We loved the Villas - great space for a family of five with kitchen and laundry facilities and two tv rooms. The Wet Edge Bar and pool was our absolute favourite - great for adults and kids to chill out and not in the bustle of the larger resort pool area.

Very nice 2 bedroom villa. Excellent service and friendly staff. Truly recommend it for families.

Great place to relax

Loved our 3bedroom villa, was clean and very roomy! the views from our Villa over looking the water & wet bar / swimming Pool was beautiful.
My mother, 3 sisters, 2 family friends & Myself visited in August 3rd to the 13th 2013....& we all had a gr8 time! The staff were friendly and caring always saying Bula bula with a smile on there faces. Pisa from the wet bar is awesome and Sara from the front desk was very helpful & many others, Srry just don't remember everyone's
Names. U can be there and just relax Fiji time by the pool drink in hand Or enjoy the tours and see it all ... :) Thank U

I love Fiji, it is relaxing, assured beautiful weather and the Fijian people are a delight. The Sheraton in particular is one of my favourite places to stay.

We used the Villa's this time. Great for a family. A feeling of privacy.

Found the accomodation very very good
Central to all the events eg parasailing,island hopping.Ports of Call restarraunt would be the best eatery in the world[what we have seen].To hell with the price.You are on holiday.Jason's farm tour is worth doing when yuo stay at Denarau Villas attached to the Sheraton.

Fantastic accomodation with plenty of room. Kids begged us to send them back to kids club!

It was perfect for us with a toddler.

Have raved about this place to everyone & anyone. My first trip away with my 2 year old and she loved it; buffet breakfasts, swimming pools, beach, playground & Bula Bus - we never did make it to the Kids Club. I took my own snacks & easy to cook package meals as we had a microwave & stove top - it cut down the expense of eating out but was more to do with a starving toddler after hours & hours of swimming. Thank you Sheraton Denarau Villas!

We were amazed by the size of our 3 Bedroom Villa, I cant imagine Holidaying any other way with kids. It made our holiday easy & stress free.
I dont beleive apartments are usually serviced but these villas are serviced daily which was a huge bonus to us :)
