Had a wonderful time in the 2 bedroom apartment 
Had everything we needed and great location. 
A little pricey but definitely worth the price tag so would recommend spending a little more for the comfort. 

My only gripe is that when Q1 holds your bond it should be released once room has been checked. Apparently it can take up to 10 days. That's really inconvenient if you had no idea.

Had a wonderful stay. We were on the 24th floor. A higher room was requested three months prior therefore we were very disappointed that we didn't get a higher level room. Having said that the one bedroom was spacious and very clean. Pool area was fabulous although it would be beneficial if the non smoking policy was monitored as it was unpleasant to have smoke blowing over you constantly. More shade is needed in the pool area. Longboards bar was excellent.

Located just outside of the main Surfers part so you avoid all the crowds, it's only a short walk to all the restaurants and shops so much better in my opinion. Hotel is nice and clean and staff very helpful. We stayed on the 18th floor and the views were awesome. I loved that the balconies were protected, and you could sit out there, rain, hail or shine.
The only thing I would recommend is bring your own pillow if you don't like really high, firm pillows. I couldn't sleep on the ones in the room and when I asked reception if they had some low ones, they couldn't help me. No big deal, who needs sleep on a holiday!!! Overall, we really enjoyed out stay.

Would rather the room block out curtains rather than those silly roll down blinds. I was woken every morning at 0400-0430 do the the east facing room and sunrise. Made for a very tried and cranky Mumma by the end of the day.

Myself, Grandchildren and Daughter had a very pleasing stay with you. the facilities and apartments are amazing.

The apartment was great however it needs blinds in the living rooms. It's had them before as the runners are still in place. As soon as sun is up you can no longer sleep. Also room gets so hot.

We could not fault the Q1. Great location, Staff were very friendly and efficient and the ocean view 2 bedroom apartment was amazing.

Breathtaking view, spacious apartment, easy checkin and check out, fast elevators and great location. The cards also never lost their magnetic strip despite being in close proximity to my phone. Generous 2 parking spots and well stashed rooms..
For the deal we managed to secure it felt too good to be true. Our extended family of six (with a child) had an amazing time and will be sure to visit again.

We had a wonderful time during our holiday break at Q1 Resort and Spa. The staff were very helpful whenever we had queries and always went out of their way to assist us.
Our experience with TravelOnline has been wonderful, and we are very much looking forward to them quoting our next holiday.

I would love to holiday in the Q1 for a couple of weeks every year in May

Q1 is easy to access from anywhere in the Gold Coast. A lovely outlook and beautiful rooms.

We had a lovely time at the Q 1 resort, the apartment was airy, clean and comfortable.

The views were fabulous and we close to the beach and Surfers Paradise. We hardly used the car as were so close to everything we needed. The pool was lovely however the gym and indoor pool were closed for renovations.

It was amazing accommodation and we really enjoyed the views and the atmosphere in the apartment. It just had something special about it. It was more than a motel. It was a great experience

This hotel has everything you need. You basically do not need to leave the hotel precinct, but if you do want to, is close to amenities and within walking distance to Cavill Avenue and Broadbeach. Our two bedroom apartment was perfect and staff were all friendly. Highly recommend to families, group trips or singles.

Toilet would be much better separate from the bathroom - people are busting while someone lingers in the bath/shower!

The rooms were incredibly spacious and perfect for families so the kids had some space to play and run around.
The only thing was the amount of light coming into the rooms in the mornings, maybe some new blinds/curtains would be a good idea. Most of our mornings started at 5:30am as the kids couldn’t sleep in haha.
But, we would absolutely stay again! We had a ball!

Our 4th stay since 2013, sad to say the Q1 is finally getting tired, lifts have become slow even with covid and less tourists! Still a top location and apartments are clean and tidy.

Clean & friendly.

Overall our holiday was good however there were a few small issues with the venue. Upon arrival the check in lady was abrupt and we were no aware of the $100 bond they held. Our room was all very good however the windows were very dirty and we could hardly see through the lounge room ones.
When we booked our hotel I asked if Schoolies would be an issues and I was told that no schoolies stayed at the Q1 Resort however this was NOT the case and there were quite a lot there. I queried this with the receptionist and she advised the Q1 rooms do not have schoolies but the private suites do. I found this to be misleading and although there were no issues with the school children it was a bit crowded in the lifts once they arrived.

Spectacular

This accomodation was a surprise and was over whelming for what we expected. Much bigger and fresher than what we have paid for in the past. Location was brilliant - tram across road and within a couple of minutes from main hub of Surfers. Unit was ideal for families as very spacious living with option to open up sliding doors.

Great room. enjoyable breakfast in the sky lounge with views to die for. Service was first class.
Only observation, which was not a concern to us being a couple, is the absence of a curtain or blind on the bathroom/main bedroom window which allows no privacy should either be occupied simultaneously.

It was a great clean , spacious apt. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Apartments are a generous size, however a little dated now and need some refurbishment, especially the blinds. Staff were great. The restaurant on Level 77 was very poor. Pool areas are fantastic but more umbrellas are needed. Burger Restaurant was awesome for late afternoon cocktails and snacks.

Noisy part of surfers not recommended if you need to sleep. The interior of the halls need a facelift a bit bland in colour . But room ok. Not sure about the enclosed veranda though

Not a bad word to say, will absolutely be returning to the Q1! The definition of hospitality.

Everything was thought of. Close to perfect. Views were great. Always something to do if wanted. Relaxing holiday.

The Q1 was chosen for accommodation for four groups who were attending a family function in Surfers Paradise. We got a fantastic deal and all enjoyed our rooms. The views were spectacular.

Perfect place for families !! We are a family of 6 and stayed in a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment for 6 nights that was self contained with gorgeous views. We had the best time and the kids loved it. So much to see and do at the goldcoast for families, we will be back !!

Apartment was above average, view was awesome as we were on 31st floor and it was higher than almost every other building.
Overall, it was nice place to stay. I will love to go back if i can get same view.

The apartment was very large and spacious compared to other apartments I have stayed at. Equipped with modern appliances and full kitchen. Walking distance to the heart of surfers. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back again! Thanks

Not a great fan of Gold Coast generally but Q1 has changed my mind....wonderful complex, very comfortable apartment, pools fantastic, location unbeatable. Two children under 7 had a terrific time. Staff friendly and efficient. Food offerings close to hand were good value (Japanese and Italian across the road particularly). Weather helped whole experience. Theme parks in school holidays and good weather - forget it-enjoy beach and pools instead.

Hotel room was very nice and unique, made our stay at the Q1 resort and spa very enjoyable and very relaxed on the holiday. Very keen to have a holiday over there at the Q1 soon again.
Would love to live there one day!! :)
