We enjoyed our stay.
Excellent venue
Amazing hotel and location. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were immaculate and had a great view of the stunning golf course..
The pool was lovely, though it could do with better lighting for evening swimming.
The breakfast was varied and catered for all dietary requirements.
We also booked a wine tour with 2 Fat Blokes which was fantastic.
We had a lovely stay. Thank you Chateau Elan :-)
It was a wonderful experience and a very picturesque place to stay
Our second stay at the Chateau Elan was just as perfect as our first stay last year.
The location is beautiful , set on a golf course , very picturesque with its stunning views from anywhere , including our private courtyard from our lovely villa.
Dining was superb.Buffet breakfast included in the package was great , fantastic variety with ample to choose from.
The resort restaurant called Legends is lovely and charming and the dining experience was wonderful.
The wine selection is vast and we were able to visit the vineyards and purchase the great wines we enjoyed at the restaurant.
The Spa is a must. Simply magnificent!
We also enjoyed using the tennis courts at the resort and enjoyed afternoon cocktails listening to the entertainment at the bar.
The staff are friendly and helpful and we look forward to another visit .
Very nice place with well appointed rooms, great location to the wineries.
Beautiful location. Rooms clean and spacious. Service was great. Food at Legends Restaurant was lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful
Beautiful property amazing food peace and quiet will go back soon
Thank you for a wonderful stay. It was our first trip away from the children - 11 years of chaos! It was so relaxing and peaceful ! Service was amazing across the whole hotel. Even golf members were so friendly to chart to! Thanks again !
We stayed 2 nights in one of the villas, and had a fantastic time. Our patio doors opened out onto a green field adjoining the golf course where we frequently had a mob of 'roos for company. It is an incredibly peaceful and relaxing setting, with not much more going on than than birdsong or an occasional golfer driving past in a buggy. It's a short walk to reception, the breakfast room / restaurant and the swimming pool + hot tub. The big "Nineteen" pub is not part of the complex but is only a couple of minutes walk away if you want a change of scenery. Other local eateries / bars such as Harrigans Irish pub and the Tempus Two complex are only a short drive away... the location is just prefect really. Close enough to wineries, pubs etc but a world away from any noise.
In our spacious room, the pillows and beds were super-comfortable and all the fittings were top notch. There is a huge spa bath in the bathroom. We got complimentary Nespresso coffee and there were thoughtful touches such as a big golf umbrella - which we were really grateful for when the weather went south one night as we were heading out for dinner. I really can't find anything to fault about the place. The staff were all helpful and friendly... the breakfast buffet was tasty and offered lots of choice... parking is easy... highly recommended.
Great 2 nights away
staff were wonderful, room was great and bigger than expected, nice view. wide range of choice at breakfast for gluten free and lactose intolerant.
The spa was wonderful.
Overall a lovely place to stay.
Beautiful place!
I stayed at Chateau Elan at The Vintage for my mums birthday (mum and daughter girls trip) The staff at the vintage were absolutely amazing. Kind, accommodating and just generally refreshingly lovely. We added an extra night to our booking to which the staff accommodated us to stay in the same room for our duration. We stayed in a villa which is a distance to main reception, pool and gym, however the walk was beautiful and there is also a buggy service available and prompt!
All facilities were well kept. Great sized gym and pool.
Our room was better than we had expected. Clean and comfy!
Food was great, however a little expensive. There was a new bar across the road also.
We had a cheese platter and wine on arrival to which was a little disappointing, however we still enjoyed this.
We would go back and stay in a villa again!!
Great value for money. Very enjoyable breakfast.
Everything was great the room, the staff and the location. The only issue was the main dining room for dinner was closed due to the chef been away. Understand that there was a staff issue but maybe there could have been better arrangements for food selection. We did go to the happy hour and could you get food but the selection could have been better. Overall the stay was good and would recommend the accommodation to our friends and family.
Booked a one night stay in one of the 1 bedroom apartment villas. It was such a nice room, great view and to top it off we could see nearby fireworks from our balcony. The service was amazing with the reception staff picking us up punctually, in the golf buggy to and from the villa whenever we called. The breakfast buffet was also exceptional, great food. Overall great stay and would definitely be visiting Hunter Valley, and staying at Chateau Elan again!
Was so surprised when driving in just magical super rooms great service
Accomadation was great and staff were so friendly nothing was a trouble.
Loved the accomadation, food, service and the wine tour with the Two Fat Blokes.
Even though the weather was not perfect, our short stay was. Really enjoyed our stay and the wine tour with Two Fat Blokes (Julz) was informative and fun.
This was a lovely stay for a couple of nights we are not golfers but it was such a beautiful place if your a golfer you would like it more
My husband and I loved the chateau. We stayed in a villa apartment. It had everything anyone would need. The restaurant food & staff were amazing especially Kathy and Brody. The only fault we could find is it is impossible to reach the reception by phone, 15 to 20 calls to get through its painful. We would definitely stay the again.
Loved the room and location.
Friendly people, food is fantastic
We enjoyed our stay at the Chateau Elan, the location was great, the room was great, the facilities were great, the dining was great and very good value for money. Would happily recommend and would go back again for the same deal.
Was on a golf course, which I dont play however the place, food and people were great.
Only recommend to put 2 bars of soap in the room :)
Would definitely go back again - thank you
We had a great stay at Chateau Elan. The room was lovely and we could walk out the glass doors onto the golf course. Kangaroos regularly hopped by. It’s located close to lots of great vineyards. The only downside, and it is really very small, is that there is no way to get food to the room, which after a few wine tastings would be convenient.
.
We had an excellent stay, staff were helpful and kind. Room was incredibly clean and luxurious. Beautiful location on the golf course with surrounds to walk around. Great facilities including tennis courts and outdoor pool. 10/10 recommend!
Very nice place. Good service
Great location, amazing villa, really cold beer
We had the most wonderful stay at Château Elan, staff very friendly and helpful. Our Villa was beautiful and kept very clean. We will definitely stay again.
Whatever I comment about the customer service will be an understatement. Nothing was a problem, the pampering devine, the room immaculate and all with a sense of humour. Thank you for the best experience of our lives!
