We were thoroughly happy with our stay. Great location, staff and service were exceptional .
One small comment would be that we didn’t enjoy the pool facilities as they were very crowded especially with children. But realise this is to be expected in peak times. The terrace bar was a welcome adults retreat.

Only positive comments to say about Sofitel Noosa. The location added to the ease of accessing all that Noosa town and beach had to offer. For one who can at times be stricken with migraine with strong chemical smells, the Sofitel simply had a light sandalwood combo scent. Service, food and cleanliness were of the highest order. We were fortunate to be able to take advantage of a 'package deal' at the time of booking so it was an extra special 'getaway'. We would very much like to return in the future.

The Sheraton Noosa is a beautiful hotel! My boyfriend and I booked a studio room and were disappointed to check in and find 2 double beds. The staff were very helpful & accommodating in finding us another room with a king bed, however we had to pay an upgrade fee on what is already a very expensive place to stay. Overall though, we had a great time! The pool is amazing.. Yummy breakfast.. Great location.. I hope to be back! And next time we'll remember to request a king when we book.

We had to pay for parking $ 25 a night for four nights we were not happy.

This is our third time in Noosa and the best. The location of the Sheraton is great, in the centre of Hastings St so close to everywhere. Staff were excellent. We'll definitely chose to stay here on our next visit.

Ideal stay for a romantic long weekend

Sheraton Noosa, little bit of casual luxury. Good for girls' weekends, family breaks, and romantic retreats. Great range of cocktails available at Swim-up Pool Bar. Extensive and healthy choices breakfast buffet available.

Room facilities were very good and staff were friendly and very helpful.

Could not fault the Sheraton in any way. Absolutely loved our stay. The day spa is a must , best massage I've ever had and the staff are wonderful .

Very nice hotel with excellent facilities and a a great location.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, except for the location of our room which was a little noisy due to a lift nearby and rubbish removal very early in the morning.

Excellent hotel to stay for families and couples - sensational heated swimming pool for all and the property's location right on Hastings St is very convenient. Highly recommended.

Our original request for a pool room view was not listed on our booking but they had on their part had the booking from you for the following month. All was great in the end as we got an upgrade - thank you for all your wonderful assistance.

Sheraton is located in an ideal location and the recently renovated hotel was fantastic from all aspects of service, amenities and location.

My friend and I truly had a wonderful few days at the Sheraton. The food was amazing and customer service excellent. The accommodation and surrounds were amazing...

We originally went to Noosa for our Honeymoon 45 years ago.
The staff were very good and the alteration's are excellent.
You would be interested to know that when we went there was only one little shop and one place to eat in Hastings St, with another Restuart on the hill.

Very enjoyable and relaxing time, will be going again.

we had a lovely stay staff were wonderfull and room was very nice will stay there again

King bed room huge, loved pool area. Although currently under renovations we had a room which faced out to river & weren't disrupted by noise. I could see how reno's may upset some, as some temporary adjustments in place however not an issue for us. Will go back & stay when all completed.

Great Location and the room was ok.

The Sheraton has been the leading hotel in Noosa for many years and it has been showing for a while now. Although the reception area has been refreshed and looks smick, the accommodation areas need to be updated. The place is clean and the service excellent.

We had a great time, exactly what we needed to relax

Our small group of managers had decided to have a weekend away where we could relax and do what we wanted. Thhis certainly was te venue and location to do this. We are already planning the next get together
