All staff from the welcome until we left could not have been more helpful. Always had a smile and a story about the island.

One thing was internet was not included, no toaster. Everything else was great

Had a great stay. Staff were welcoming and very helpful and informative. Meals were delicious. Room was very spacious and located right next to the pool. Gardens and surrounds were very well looked after.

Staff were just beautiful. Resort a little run down but it was perfectly comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Thank you

The hotel is well laid out with rooms spread through the property. The hotel was just reopening from the COVID shut down and was bringing staff back to service the guests. Situated a short walk from the main shopping centre . The staff were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The manager especially.

Good room and decently appointed. Rooms cleaned daily. Reception desk very helpful. Friendly service and staff.

This would be the most relaxing place to go. Everyone friendly and Norfolk Island is so clean and spotless. It is an amazing place.

The service provided at Paradise Hotel and Resort was outstanding, especially from Corina. The $20 two course dinner was excellent value. Would highly recommend Paradise to anyone.
