From the moment of arrival we were warmly welcomed and had friendly service throughout our stay. The rooms are sort of old but extremely clean. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were fantastic! It is a very private place with a lovely outlook. Great blackout curtains and lovely clean carpet. Facilities were just ok as they have a Restuarant that you can visit for 3 meals a day. The meals were fabulous and filling. The fragrant air of the Frangipani's were also delightful. The staff were only too happy to help with any queries. We also hired a car which was reasonably priced. That was a great addition to the holiday to be able to do that. The transfer bus was a great service as was the short tour of the island before we did anything!
The surrounds of the hotel were comfortable and inviting with lounge chairs, tables , a waterfall with fish in the centre and Foxtel tv room. There were also table tennis room and pool room. This is a large complex and we were very happy there. One small irk was that the toilet had a smell which we presumed to be the bore water smell. That was the only thing wrong. The staff kindly gave me some smelling sticks in oil to help cover the smell. We kept the door shut. I was disappointed there were no air conditioners however. Just one old ceiling fan. Other than that it was all good. We would stay there again.

My only suggestion is that it would have been better if the hotel offered unlimited wifi (as many other establishments on the island do)
