Amazing trip
Thank you to all the staff at Shangri-La. Everything was perfect and all the staff we met were kind and very helpful. Location is amazing and certainly the best in Cairns.

Convenient and a good standard
Overall it was a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was in need of a refurbishment. Felt like a time warp back to the 80's.

A true 5 star hotel
The Shangri-La Cairns has it all - just make sure you book a Horizon Club room with balcony overlooking the marina & access to the Horizon Club lounge.
For those looking for a fabulous hotel in a beautiful & warm environment, this is the place to go.
