Staff absolutely amazing. In particular I'd like to mention the pool bar staff, Ae, Te & Tae who looked after us so well with lunch and drinks while we were poolside. Couldn't do enough for us. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Close to Beaches, Shops and easy to go around

Staff are wonderful, friendly, always ready to help. Three swimming pools to choose from.
The only downside is there are lots of steps as it's set on the hillside but they do have rooms on the reception level

Amazing

This is a great hotel resort, with very friendly staff nothing was a problem for them. Only 10 minutes from Patong beach which is great cause you are bit more relaxed here

The staff from every area of service were fantastic, even when there were issues caused by others mainly contractors working on site they did every thing they could to help

We just returned from our holiday and have only the best feedback. Our experience at the hotel we stayed was superb. Clean rooms, swimming pools, friendly staff, amazing service.

I especially loved all the contact with your staff I just felt that although the front reception staff were efficient and patient their demeanour was often a bit surly, and without smiles or happy faces

The staff were friendly and rooms were clean, and the breakfast was yummy.
Pools clean 

The staff here is exceptional. They were always ready to assist with a smile and always very helpful. With a reasonable price, the food they had was amazing. This hotel was really worth the price we paid and would recommend to anyone visiting Phuket. 

Me and family really enjoyed the stay. It was value for money with 7 nights accommodation, free breakfast buffet every day and one free dinner. Staff was very friendly, polite and helpful always.
Staff gave an excellent service with every day room cleaning, takin luggage to room and back to receptions, and in receptions and dining area services. Every day we were given plenty of free water bottles.
Every one loved free coffee , tea and water at reception.
We enjoyed the pool facilities. Also great service at pool and pool bar.
Dinning experience was great. Very friendly staff. I would like to have more Thai food offer in main dish section.
Overall it was a great experience and entire family loved the hotel.

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Location was perfect, walking distance to beach, restaurants bars etc.
Rooms were great with incredible views as built into hillside, food at resort was top class but the best feature was definitely the staff. The way they looked after you was absolutely incredible. Will definitely be returning.

This resort is located at the northern end of Karon Beach. It has about 300 rooms in various wings located on the hillside. This means there are views from the balconies which are very private. There is also air movement around the resort to catch cooling breezes. You can see and hear various birds and animals in the area.
Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The dining room at the resort offered a range of Thai and Western dishes and the drinks were good value. The swimming pools are fabulous. The hotel has a lift but there are steps and stairs around the resort so it probably isn't great for guests with mobility issues.
Karon Beach is about 4 kilometers long which is great for swimming and walking. There were a lot of local cafes, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The Karon Temple Markets were also within easy walking distance. We could dine along the beach and also walk to Kata Beach where there are more shops, markets and restaurants. There is market style shopping close by and a few 711s. Tuk Tuks, local buses and private taxis are easy to access outside the hotel if you want to sightsee, go to Patong Beach or the main shopping in Phuket. You are located at the bottom end of Phuket and a distance from the airport so transfers are handy.
Our room was clean and spacious and we would stay there again. It is an older style resort so guests who want a more glamorous stay in Phuket might choose another hotel.

Great value, would recommend this hotel for all types of travelers.

We were really pleased with our holiday. The resort, room, pools and location were excellent. The restaurant was extremely well priced, "safe" and beautiful food.
Outstanding value for money

The only 3 downfalls:
the stairs to get to the lifts was quite steep
the dinner at restaurant they couldn’t cater for gluten intolerance.
And the pools where quite warm. Assuming it was Thailand in general though

The hotel itself was nice and quiet day and night even though it was booked out!

We were far away enough for quiet but not far at all for restaurants the beach and the Songkran action. We were very lucky to pick the dates that this festival was on and everyone got involved. Definitely a highlight.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff at the resort were awesome, the room was great. The only suggestion would be to put a mattress topper on the bed as the beds are incredibly hard and make it awkward to sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at this motel the staff and service were excellent the room was clean and roomy but needed some maintenance and there were quite a few stairs

Although a little bit aged, this hotel was good value. The whole complex was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the daily service a delight! Breakfast was included and provided a good variety of foods, juices & fruit. Staff were great & always willing to assist. It is located in a nice area, quieter than Patong but easy walk to a great variety of bars & food options. Good location for a quieter look.

great 3 star property. all you need for a fantastic holiday at karon beach. clean rooms, excellent pool area and friendly, attentive staff.
