Nice Villas, beautiful outlook.
Exceptional service, from tourist assistance to personal touches, from food and beverage staff. Hoping to return.

Nice and quiet location good for couples. Breakfast is fantastic and all the staff are very friendly 

The hotel is clean the rooms very acceptable and the staff excellent. Breakfast with great other meals were good and nice views out to see and over: beach while dining.
My issue was the 200 steps down to the pools at 75 years old I could only visit the pools twice in 12 days. There is a vehicle service that will take you down there but you have to go all the way up to reception to get it. The promotion says it is on the top of the hill apart from the reception in the dining area. This place is definitely not suitable for elderly couples or young children because of this.

We had a great stay. The only criticism I would have was that this time around there was no Australia plus channel available on the TVs. So we couldn't keep up to date with events at home. Although soccer fans are spoiled for choice with 15 channels on.

We stayed in a pool villa for 10 nights! To all Centara Villas Phuket staff, thank you as you were all so friendly and helpful during our stay, and being it second time we stayed here, it was exactly as we remembered, hence the reasons for why we had to return! Seafood night Mon,Tues at Cliff restaurant was the best meal we had on our entire trip, seafood was delicious and Jee thankyou for your excellent hospitality you provided us and you made our stay when you remembered us from last time we stayed at Centara- you are a very caring person! Cocktails are delicious, Breakfast is fantastic! The whole property is set out in a beautiful lush tropical garden surrounds, as soon as we got there after our long flight- we felt relaxed straight away swimming in the private pool looking over Karon, tropical surrounds and the sea. Coming from 10-12 degree weather, into 30 degree humid, tropical weather (which is their low season) I would recommend for Australians to travel at this time, as it's the perfect getaway from South Aussie winter. Thank you again Centara Villas Phuket, and hopefully we can return again soon in the near future!! 10/10 :)

Spent a week here for our 25th wedding anniversary.The resort exceeded our expectations.

100 steps to reception/lobby from room so good level of mobility needed. Staff very welcoming.

Really friendly and helpful staff, could not fault our stay would go back again in a heartbeat
