As an online travel business, we pride ourselves on being able to offer you the cheapest possible prices.

If (on the very rare occasion) you find a cheaper written Price on an available Hotel room listed on a TravelOnline website, we will beat that price by AUD$20 and give you a AUD$60 Voucher for use on your next Travel Online booking.*

Obviously, the competitors quote must be for an available room for the same hotel, room type, inclusions and the same travel dates as your quote from Travel Online.

Some of the More Important Terms & Conditions

• The Price Promise only applies to accommodation bookings over $500 inclusive of taxes and other charges.
• The Price Promise does not apply to bookings where the check in date is within 28 days of the Quote date.
• The room must be available for Travel Online to book. Please be aware that some hotels may withhold available rooms from certain agencies to book.
• Hotel room rates and currency exchange rates change on a daily basis, so the Price Promise only applies to quotes less than 48 hours old and that are presented to us in writing PRIOR to making a booking.
• The Price Promise only applies to prices available to the general public and that are quoted and payable in Australian dollars $AUD. Rates available due to membership of a group or corporate entity or subscription to a closed group are excluded. Rates payable in other currencies are excluded.
• The $60 Voucher is redeemable when booking a minimum of $500 on an accommodation product and can only be used strictly under the Voucher terms and conditions.

Making a Price Promise Claim

Simply email the TravelOnline Travel Consultant (found on your Travel Online quote);
- the written quote from our competitor including;

• the full name & address of the hotel
• the room type being quoted
• any inclusions
• check in and check out dates
• full details of all traveling customers
• and the competitor's website address.

Our Travel Consultant will then confirm that the Hotel Quote is genuine, is available to the general public and is available for Travel Online to book in order to verify your Price Promise claim. Please read the complete Price Promise Terms & Conditions.

How do I use the $60 Voucher?**

You can use the Price Promise Voucher when booking a minimum of $500 for accommodation product found on Travel Online branded websites. See www.travelonline.com

The Voucher cannot be applied to the booking being price matched.

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and are transferable (so you can give them to a friend).

You will be emailed a link that must be used when claiming.

Lost Voucher emails cannot be recreated so please treat the voucher like cash and of course they can only be used once.
