Awesome Staff. So friendly. We had the best time. The room was fantastic with the swim up pool straight to the room. Highly recommend. The only little thing was the Tv. Kept having issues with no English movies but who wants to watch Tv, right? You won't go wrong if you book here. Close to everything and far enough away to be a little quiet.
We stayed here as a group with some of us having pool access rooms. All of the facilities were good and the location provided easy access to the beach and restaurants. Some of the better Aonang restaurants were a short walk away with the main shopping strip a bit further away but still an easy walk or tuk tuk ride. Found the restaurant at the hotel a bit pricey and it took a while to get meals. Better to step out for dinner. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Pool bar menu had good options for lunches.
Loved our pool entry room. Staff were great. Breakfast selection was excellent but food could be warmer, Bain Marie dishes need better heating. Would highly recommend a stay at this resort
Great location. Great room. Good pool. Good staff. There was only one issue where we were refused room service or access to the restaurant on the first night we stayed because there was a large group in. This just shouldn't happen at a resort. However, the General Manager found out this happened and assured us that shouldn't have happened and gave us spa vouchers as an apology. On the flip side of this... We booked dinner in the restaurant for our 3 year olds birthday, including a cake. The dinner was a great experience. The cake was excellent.
Generally, the food in the restaurant is consistently good, but it's not 5 star amazing. This isn't an issue though because there are PLENTY of restaurants just outside the door to go to. And quite a lot of them ARE amazing .
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had a family suite which far exceeded our expectations. It was so spacious and had a great view over the pool. The pool access rooms also look great if you're happy to be in one room. It was so reasonably priced and included a buffet breakfast every morning. It was about a 10 minute walk into Ao Nang but had plenty of restaurants and little convenience stores outside the resort. I would highly recommend this resort.
