Hi. I am a constant Fiji traveller. This time tried Uluru. Outstanding trip. The resort could not be better, the staff were friendly & helpful. Had a ball on all the excursions. All your bookings were spot on. Thanks for your help.
Our room was comfortable and an easy walk to the "town square" where we enjoyed a few of the activities that were offered. The resort shuttle bus and the Hop On, Hop Off bus to Uluru were very good. The breakfast buffet was extensive and generous; the dinner buffet was also generous but the food was luke warm by the time we got it to the table and very expensive, as were drinks and the limited a la carte lunch menu. Hospitality staff at the buffet dinner were very professional, helpful and cheery, but the bar and a la carte waiters were stretched and tired. Other than coffee cups there were no plates or cutlery in the room, but were supplied when we asked, so we could cut up fruit and make lunch. But really, we were there to revisit and walk around Uluru, which was magnificent.
Great place to stay, helpful friendly staff, good transport options to local attractions.
Very happy with our stay
Lovely accomodation and polite staff especially the first nation's people .
Nice staff, good amenities and close to town centre.
Unfortunately had no WIFI for the period of duration.
Staff did a tremendous job following the cancellation of our flight and other flights due to rain and finding accommodation for everybody
Arriving and departure faultless
Room very spacious
Staff very attentive
Thank you sails in the dessert for having us xoxo
Cannot wait to go back!
Voyages Sails in the Desert Hotel is the perfect holiday accommodation when visiting Uluru. The premises are well maintained and clean and the ambience is relaxed and soothing, especially after a full day of strenuous outdoor excursion. The restaurant is well stocked for choice, reasonably priced, the food is good and the staff is professional, courteous and efficient.
Our room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The attached bathroom was clean, but not sufficiently ventilated.
Overall, our stay at Voyages Sails in the Desert Hotel was a very pleasant experience and we do recommend this hotel, especially for families and senior travellers/tourists.
We had a fabulous time. Sails was really nice.
Excellent service, delicious food and fabulous pool area. The staff and their customer service was brilliant. Close to all amenities and close to everything. Really was a trip of a lifetime and we can not wait to go back.
Immaculate rooms with wonderful views. Delicious food. wonderful grounds. close to everything. The customer service could not be recommend highly enough. The best holiday of our lives.
Really good resort, alcoholic drinks were a bit pricey at this hotel but you can jump on the shuttle and go round to the pub at the next stop. Hotel one of the better ones but a little dated and tired.
i was very disappointed with the room quality at sails. Although it was neat, i feel for a 5 star it was very tired looking and run down. i think it is more like a 3 star. The toilet is our room was constantly blocked aswell which was very annoying.
Fantastic Resort , close to Uluru and surrounds , great place to just relax and unwind in the Dessert.
The overriding high point of our stay was the enthusiasm and genuine interest shown by the staff. Every person we came in touch with at the Resort was happy and upbeat, without exception.
