Noise suppression was not really good. But location is decent since close to the port.
Comfortable room . Nice outlook. Nice having pool and restaurant in complex. Some confusion over transport to airport. Many emails till hotel staff realised they did need to get involved. Kept telling us they had nothing to do with it.
At first I was disappointed as I thought I'd booked the room with the spa overlooking the ocean. Advertising was a bit confusing as to which was the studio spa and 1 bedroom spa apartments. We accepted what we got and ended up loving it. Good location close to Hamilton Island ferries and nice walk into town, bus stop out the front too. Decore is tired but the apartment has essentials like fridge, microwave, tea and coffee plus toiletries. Overall a comfortable and fantastic experience.
The service from Justin and team was excellent! So nice and responsive, really made us feel welcome.

We were very happy with our choice- the resort was just perfect - on the beach, not too big, personal service and good food. Only small criticism is that service was rather slow but perhaps it was a new batch of young people. It just meant we had to remind waiters about our coffee several times before it arrived, but in the meantime enjoyed the lovely view !
