My daughter and I had the best time from the minute we arrived at the airport. The Bali Garden Resort is in the best location. Surrounding restaurants were all amazing. Discovery shopping centre close by. Staff were always willing to help with anything. The amazing Soli who cooked many eggs and pancakes for everyone each morning with a beautiful smile and attitude. Would definitely stay there again.

Great ambience around pool and restaurant area. Great food and overall hotel service. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

I absolutely love staying at Bali Gardens. This was my second stay there and I hope to do it again in February. It's such a great location and the pools are wonderful, spent lots of time in all of them. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking at staying at the quieter end of Kuta.

The resort is amazing. Second time we have stayed, and can't wait to go back. It feels like going home to us, staff, nothing is too much trouble for them. Rooms are spotless.

Beautiful gardens. Lovely comfortable rooms. 3 pools including 1 just for adults. Bars and restaurants in the resort cater to all tastes. Excellent service. Priced very reasonable in bars, restaurants and spa. Located in heart of kuta and next to Discovery Mall. So convenient to everything. Will be back every year as all so affordable.

From the airport pickup to our stay and return all so easy, convenient and practical, warm welcome, great rooms, adult only pool, wonderful spa treatments, icy cold beers n cocktails, delicious finger food and meals, happy bar tenders n staff, close to beach and restaurants it was bliss!

Beautiful place to stay

This is our second stay at the Bali Garden Resort. Love the location, accommodation and staff.

The resort is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

We have been to Bali many times over the last 40 years and consider Bali Garden to have the most perfect position overlooking the ocean. We were also impressed by the attention from staff and the Boardwalk restaurant. It is the perfect place to dine

everything available from different dining,swimming or spoiling yourself with the massage or just pampering. You really don't need to leave the resort unless shopping for those gifts to take home. Staff were very helpful & friendly.

Great hotel in a good spot opposite Waterbom Park.
Clean, loved the adult pool that was tucked away. We would stay again.

We stayed here as a group of 11, grandparents, our kids and grandkids. Our room #236 overlooked a beautiful garden and fish pond.
Room was very clean and was maintained that way thru our whole visit. Breakfast was basic but enough choice for everyone. We ate quite regularly at the other restaurants which were all lovely and same price as restaurants around our area. 
Pools were well maintained and there was enough seating for everyone. 
Staff were amazing, nothing was a problem to anyone! 
Conveniently located on south Kuta beach right on the boardwalk, next door to the Discovery Mall and across the road from Waterbom Park.  Win win for everyone. 
In my 35 years of regular travel to Bali I have never stayed in Kuta but I must say it was a nice change. Would definitely recommend this place and give it a 10 out of 10.

Could not fault anything resort was more than we expected room was spotlessly clean breakfast was delicious facilities were exceptional check in was easy & check out was just as streamlined we also had use of departure lounge and air conditioned waiting area with comfy couches  drivers on both ends of our trip were ready & waiting & very friendly we were more than happy with our holiday 

We have stayed at quite a few resorts over the years of going to Bali. Never have we ever said we will be back, this resort was amazing. They could not do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble. The staff amazeballs, we cannot wait to go back

This resort is located within close proximity to Kuta's main attractions and is right on the beach; it had everything from spacious, luscious, mature tropical gardens; well appointed, clean, comfortable, rooms; 5 beautiful restaurants showcasing different cuisines; 3 luxurious swimming pools; wonderful in-house services and staff. I highly recommend this stunning resort to anyone.

We had the best stay here. Staff so obliging and very friendly. Rooms spotless. Resort spotless. Food delicious at all the restaurants owned by Bali Gardens. Such a lovely welcome when we arrived. Great breakfast, excellent pool with swim up bar.
So many good restaurants close by, such as Bubba Gump, Dolce Vito I think, few good western bars, cheap markets 100m.50m to Waterbom park.
Tari spa in resort was amazing. 
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Kids loved it too. 
Shop in hotel was great value for snacks! Little shop even had some great summer dresses!

Loved everything about this resort! It was such a Beautiful Setting and in a Fabulous Location.The Restaurants were Great and the Facilities Excellent and Clean.

We have stayed at this resort twice now the location is great the rooms are very nice and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. we will stay there again and recomend to others.

We had the most amazing time here.  Great location, great staff and amazing food.  Market stalls close by as well as fixed price shops if you don't like to barter.  Great variety of food on offer.

A clean well managed hotel with friendly staff

We stayed for a week and had a fantastic time. If you're after a resort where you can relax by a beautiful pool surrounded by magnificent gardens and dining on tasty food then Bali Gardens is for you. 

While the room was very comfortable and the surroundings gorgeous, the absolute best thing about Bali Gardens is the staff. I don't know what their training program is but they should keep it up. Such friendly and helpful staff, so cheerful without seeming fake. 

Thoroughly recommend.

This really was a fantastic place to stay. The gardens and facilities are beautiful and the staff and services were first class. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. All the food was really delicious too!
We also really appreciated the departure lounge which allowed us to have a shower and change before going to the airport as our flight was later at night after the check in earlier. Would definitely stay here again. 

We arrived to beautiful friendly staff. Cindy and Candy at reception made us feel so welcome. 
The gardens are truly spectacular. And the pools are awesome and so clean. I love the cocktails in the swim up bar.

Very convenient great location

Great spot; gardens are amazing. Staff are very friendly. Kuta itself is very polluted with rubbish which is a real shame but you can cope with that as once in hotel you feel like you are in paradise

This is our second Bali trip in 3 months. We had to wait for our room to be ready until 3pm despite we advised our arrival time beforehand and also resort's official check in time is 2pm.
Room is great as we requested the same room with last stay.
Breakfast was little improved from last stay as more variety of fresh juice is rotating daily. I love to have more pastry and waffles. We had to leave early on check out day and disappointed to know that they no longer offer boxed breakfast.
Spa is clean and very reasonable price, I had 5 massages in a week!
Staff are all cheerful, friendly and helpful.
Will definitely come back again.

What a great little oasis in Kuta, hidden behind ongoing renovations on the outside that didn't make much difference to our holiday, Is a little gem ,lovely gardens ,great pools (3) the food is tasty in all 5 restaurants and the pace in slow and calm. We had a full body massage and leg reflexology treatment at the spa. Most days we hung out at the adult pool and had pizza and beer for lunch. Great memories.

This holiday exceeded our expectations for relaxation, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, and value for money. We have already booked a holiday at the Bali Garden Beach Resort next May, this time for two weeks.

Amazin view on a beautiful spot, not to busy and right on the beach .

Location is great with beautiful garden setting, right in front of beach and close to Airport.
Room is old but generous size and clean. Amenities can be improved - there is no box of tissue, pen and pad, slippers in the room.
Variety of breakfast items can be better but good enough.
We had some dinner at resort's restaurant and service was very very slow.
Front desk staff is helpful.
We enjoyed our 9 nights holiday at Bali Garden Beach Resort and already booked another holiday.

We first stayed at Bali Garden Beach Resort about 15 years ago. We have stayed there a few times. We have tried other hotels in Bali but keep coming back to Bali Gardens as other hotels just don't compare. Love it at Bali Gardens Beach Resort.

Bali Garden Beach Resort staff were so obliging and friendly. Would recommend this Resort without hesitation. We had an enjoyable seven days there. Sincere thank you to all.

Bali Garden Beach Resort is a great place to stay for your holiday. Management and staff are so obliging and the hotel rooms are comfortable. We would certainly stay there again anytime.

A really wonderful cosy hotel great pools and Boardwalk food exceptional

Our stay was lovely. The resort prices for food and beverages are very fair and reasonable. The staff were wonderful too. It is more of a family resort than a couples resort as children are everywhere in the main pool including the pool bar area. A number of guests left towels on deck chairs for ages from very early in the morning as well which was unfair. Otherwise it was a beautiful garden resort close to everything.

BGBR is located in an awesome spot in Kuta - it isnt in the full on hustle an bustle, but slightly out of it, right near Centaro shopping centre and across from Water Bom. Tidy and neat, pools lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food within the resort and the restaurants affliated with the resort are awesome!

We enjoyed every bit of it. All the people were very friendly.
The staff were great. The resort was in great location, very clean and comfortable. Would visit again.

Bali Garden Beach Resort surpasses my expectations especially as l took a package deal on the edge of the high season. Very short walk to air conditioned indoor shopping mall and market place. Very safe and beautiful resort set in manicured tropical gardens, pools were beautiful and resort is right on the beach. Have no hesitation in recommending resort to the young, families and the more mature. Would return there even on my own, 62 year old Australian woman. I miss it already. Thank you to all staff at Bali Gardens Beach Resort!!

Rooms need updating bigger TV

Overall a great resort with 3 pools,2 options for breakfast and close to restaurants and shopping. Also close to the Waterbom Park which is a wonderful day out for all ages.
Our deluxe room we thought was a bit basic, but was clean and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Wouldn’t hesitate to return here.

Wonderful staff. Hotel showing it's age in places. Boards at Boardwalk cafe need replacing. Although showing it's age, the hotel was very clean with room service cleaning staff very efficient. I have been travelling the world for many years and found the hotel cleanliness and efficiency of staff among the best.

Fantastic holiday spot

Fantastic location, great service and food. Not too pricey. Family room was very open, just a bit out dated and dark. But was clean and tidy.

we had a great time at Bali Garden Beach Resort. It was very relaxing and all the staff were very friendly. We did have issues with the noise from parties and music across the main road but after talking to the reception they moved us to a new room without any issues or dramas. We will for sure go back and visit again soon.
