A very welcoming resort and staff.
Breakfasts were great and buffet varied everyday.

The hotel is first class, without the expensive price tag. All of the staff were Friendly, Helpful and Professional.
It would be fantastic if the Government invested some money to make the roads safer, and the dangerous open drains, which are littered with Rubbish of all sorts, cleaned up.
I would love to see a Citadines Hotel, back in Kuta.
Amazing hotel location in Canggu. Staff couldn't be more helpful. A little bit loud at night with the atlas club nearby and walls were a bit thin. No restaurant, only a cafe and room service which was a bit disappointing. Overall though, great hotel
