de Vins Sky Hotel Seminyak Reviews

Following on from my fall 3 days into my holiday, the staff were so caring, thoughtful and made me very comfortable.
The food and service were faultless. They waited on me hand and foot without needing to be asked. Just sensational the whole team.

Pros:
- friendly staff
- breakfast tasted great
- the entertainment/shows/eating options the hotel makes available - movie night, satay night, cultural dinner
- free shuttle within the Seminyak area
- money exchange in front foyer
- air conditioning in room works
- 2 bottles of water free each day

Cons:
- location - not in the middle of Seminyak but a walk of 5-15 minutes to restaurants. A free shuttle will however take you where you want to go in the local area. Gojek costs not a lot only AUD$5 to Legion and AUD$10 to Kuta
- needs a bit of renovation - rust on window frames with paint peeling on Level 7 (restaurant and pool area)
- two out of the four elevators worked but the two that did work, worked reasonably quickly.

What can I say about this Hotel we were more than happy with our accommodation and all the Staff were terrific.We also like to thank Widia (Reception) Adi ((Batman) he looked after us very well when we had our romantic dinner, Sami Lestari( restaurant) and Oka (captain) all the staff were very nice

Second visit here, rooms are always clean and comfortable. All the Staff from Management to House Keeping are very friendly and helpful. Chefs most willing to cater for Gluten Free options. Although some things look a bit tired it is a great Hotel and we think in a great part of Seminyak.

We had a wonderful stay at de Vins, the staff were all very friendly and accommodation, especially Oka - he went above and beyond for us and was a joy. Would stay here again :)

Hotel room and bathroom were very large and plenty of room. Hotel staff were very friendly. Hotel offered a free shuttle bus to beach

The staff were helpful & courteous in all areas of this motel.

If i had any feedback a little maintenance & upkeep wouldn't go astray. In no way did this impact a great stay but could help in the future with more picky guests.

We loved everything , the cold rooms, the cleanliness , the range of food, the buffet breakfast , the roof pool area, but most of all the staff, I would stay here again for sure

Great place for holiday

De Vin Sky was lovely. The building is showing its age though. I guess the climate is harsh on buildings. Everything was clean.

We had a great stay , staff we sensational, oka was a standout. We will definitely be staying there next time

Great hotel. Room was clean, spacious, only complaint was mini bar was never topped up. Room service excellent and speedy, dining room and outdoor area was clean although it could be updated a little. Best of all, the staff were EXCELLENT!!!

Service and staff absolutely outstanding, they remember your name and likes and dislikes and are very friendly. No welcome drink which i found strange. Also only by word of mouth from guests found out there was a sauna and spa ypu can use for free on the ground floor. Though report does need some work, floor on dinning / pool / bar area is in need of urgent repairs, tables in bar area are very uncomfortable. events in the evenings are great entertainment and indonesian food, guest mingle alot which is great. Venue is a bit far from everything,

This comes from my heart. Staff, the best I have ever seen and ever had. Atmosphere was great. As a non driver solo traveller I had no issues with transport, very willing to accommodate you wants and in my eyes too cheaply. Food was excellent

The Hotel is in a very good location, it is clean and well presented. The staff were fantastic they cannot do enough to help and love children. Spa massage was awesome as was the buffet breakfast. Some parts of the hotel do look a bit dated.

Spent seven nights here and the overall experience was very satisfying. Room was very large and clean. The bed was large and comfortable, and beautifully made each day.
All the staff, whether at the bar, dining section , front foyer were exceptional in their warmth and hospitality.
The only downside is that the hotel is located a fair walk down a side street, so not an easy access to the main street if you want to go out quickly. I guess the upside is that there is no street noise to worry about

A good convenient hotel location.

Amazing, respectful and exceptionally helpful staff and crew. Spacious rooms with everything you would need. We where fortunate to also have a jet bath on the patio with a great view. Would most definitely return

We loved our holiday organised by Travelonline team. Everything was amazing and supportive, great value for money. We absolutely loved hotel and service there.

Found it to be quiet and comfortable. Staff were lovely and helpful. Building was needing a bit of work. Staff on front desk as we were leaving not good and very pushy.

The service was amazing. The staff were fantastic, went above and beyond for us. Spoke good English and were more than happy to cater to our every need. The security were fantastic and so kind. Will 100% be returning here with my partners daughter. Breakfast buffet was delicious every morning different options to eat.

A great location in central Seminyak. My second time staying at de Vins and the staff are amazing, always eager to make your stay enjoyable. Access to beach and surrounding attractions are only a short walk away. BLU sky restaurant and bar at the top level made having meals or just relaxing by the pool a pleasure with the view. Each night the hotel runs an event celebrating Bali culture. Wednesday nights is Balinese dancing and a massive Balinese food buffet! Rooms are clean and complimentary bottled water is supplied and rooms are serviced each day. Ours was a romantic get away and a Balinese massage at the hotel Spa was included in our package. Would highly recommend a stay at de Vins.

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing stay! The hotel is in a great location - close to restaurants and cafes. Also a short gojek drive from anywhere you want to go. The hotel provides daily room cleaning, daily buffet breakfast (which was amazing and included foods such as eggs however you would like, coffee, croissants, juice, fruit, etc.), access to the pool and gym, pool table and much more! The staff and management were always so lovely and welcoming and always ready to help out with anything you need. The room was very clean and up to a great standard - the shower was huge as well as the bed there is also a tv in the room. I cannot recommend this hotel enough to everyone - perfect for couples, families, everyone! I hope to come back in future travels. 

Our first week at de Vins and it was fabulous - lovely spacious deluxe room ... tho only 9 years old does need maintenance! The staff n service was excellent... breakfast buffet amazing... the Rooftop pool, bar n dining room lovely ... loved everything, including the cocktails

Great place to stay in Seminyak.The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the closest beach and shopping square.It's an easy walk to the Main Street,lots of restaurants and bars close by.The hotel staff were amazing and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

Couldn't fault this hotel. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food offered for breakfast, diner and room service was delicious and great quality. The upstairs pool area was lovely and the cocktails served were tasty and resonably priced.
The room was large and had everything needed. The bed was very large and on the firm side but not uncomfortably so. The a/c was efficient and the bathroom had a shower and bath.The free shuttle from the hotel to the shopping square and the beach was really useful.

Overall a very nice place to stay in a very quiet area. The roof top was too warm and did not enjoy getting into it.

The staff look after you and the place is very good. My TV was not working in the night of the first day and they came and replaced it in the night itself within 10 minutes of reporting. The facilities were excellent. We loved the stay there. Highly recommend. Even when I had to go midnight for a trip, they contacted me and organised a takeaway breakfast so I could have it on the go.Thank you for the great hospitality.

Room 331, whirlpool room, large bathroom, bed and pillows....excellent. Breakfast amazing. Food was pricey for Bali standards, but lovely. Spa services are a bit dear, but the staff are clean, professional and full of genuine happiness, so I recommend. The Sky Bar/pool area was fun. The cleaning staff are very efficient and helpful. If you spend that little bit extra to stay here you won't be disappointed.

A very nice Hotel, All the Staff were absolutely fantastic. They went overboard with help for my Gluten Free food. The room was well kept and clean. Hotel is in an excellent location with plenty of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. Hotel does show a bit of wear but Covid slowed down things so not a big deal. We have stayed in this area before and would not hesitate to return. Thanks to all the Staff at De Vins Sky.rn.

Great hotel and total value for money 
Let's not forget the wonderful massage we had.

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond our expectations. They gave us late checkout and then allowed us to use the shower in the spa area even after we checked out (because our flight was a night flight). They treated us like royalty. Probably the best hotel service we've ever experienced.

We had a very good time in the hotel. All the staffs are very friendly and kind, the spa its amazing as well.

the only issue we had was toward the end of our stay when our room keys kept needing to be re-set, otherwise the staff was absolutely brilliant, super friendly & very helpful, would stay there again if ever back in Bali

The restaurant food was not great.
The swimming pool area could do with more shade.

De Vins Sky Hotel is a little out of the way from eateries and entertainment when walking if the hotel buggy was already in use. Can not fault the wonderful staff as any request was seen to immediately.
The hotel is starting to show its age in places.
We did enjoy our stay. Thank you to all.

This hotel was in a great location a 100metre walk from two major main attractions of Potato Head and Woo Bar and only a 15-20min easy walk past markets to Seminyak Village.
The hotel had lovely friendly staff.
The breakfast was delicious and cannot complain.

Although we left the tag on our bed asking to wash our sheets daily and our sheets were not washed only the bed was re-made. There was one stain on our sheets on the second day and it stayed there for 7 nights.
