We had an issue with Limited privacy with pool shared by babies & kids but on last day they did upgrade us to a private pool suite.

Every day we were waited on hand and foot. That blew me away. The staff at the Maya Sanur were all so lovely and helpful in every way possible. They were so eager to help. The breakfasts were amazing. So much food. We lived on their fresh fruit, fresh squeezed fruit juices, and poached eggs. There really was so much to choose from. The location is great with so many restaurants along the beach in both directions. The markets are a bit of a walk to get to along the beach, but the restaurants you'll come across are amazing. We only had the breakfasts, but I'm sure the other meals would have been incredible as well. I highly recommend the day spa for a couples massage with the flower bath at the end of it. Great location, the rooms were wonderful, the service was fantastic and I'd recommend it to absolutely everyone. The main pool is only waist deep so excellent for young ones, although there is a child's pool close by on the property.
