This amazing Ubud Town and Rice Terrace full-day tour will be a highlight to your Bali getaway. Visit many inspiring cultural sights in the Ubud town centre along with some of the best markets in Bali. Discover some of the hidden-away rice fields surrounding the town centre with a guided 20 minute walk through an expansive rice field. There will also be time to explore the area including Ubud Palace, Markets and Saraswati Temple.
After a few hours exploring Ubud Town, the next stop will be the UNESCO-protected Tegalalang Rice Terraces where farmers still use the original Subak farming method, here you will learn about their culture and be able to sit and relax whilst enjoying the view, or choose from some optional activities such as sky bike, swings, flying fox, bicycles and nests. Just a few minutes away the next stop is a coffee plantation and agro-organic farm where your guide will take you through the different types of healing herbs and fruit types, followed by complimentary tea and coffee sliders overlooking the beautiful rice terraces.
Before heading back to your Bali hotel the last stop will be Taman Dedari which translates to `Angel Park`. Set along the famous Agung River this park and gardens feature many sculptured statues some 10 metres high.
