While Travelonline not only provided a great package and extras with our accommodation in Bali (breakfast included, discount on all meals, a one off voucher to the final invoice, free entry to finns, free transport to/from airport, and others), because our accommodation was for our second week in Bali, we we're not able to use the transfer from the airport, however Kristy was able to look into it for us and allowed the transfer to be from our first accomodation instead, which was greatly appreciated. I won't hesistate to use Travelonline again, their communication and service was great, couldn't fault it.

Team was very helpful with our holiday booking, I felt very informed and looked after the whole way through. 

First time using TravelOnline and will be using again. Communication was prompt, booking process was easy. Resort chosen was beautiful, package included a driver from and to airport - major stress taken away having this. Driver was waiting at airport and service was great.
