Great communication and a competitive price for the week we stayed in Bali. The hotel was very nice and our transfer to and from the airport was prompt. I would definitely use this company again to get a great deal. We even got a free dinner and welcome drink. I think a later check out would be useful especially when you fly out late. After 1pm the hotel charges you.

TravelOnline are a great way to go if you want fantastic prices but don't want to book it all yourself. They reply quickly and efficiently. I have used TraveOnline several times now and would fully recommend.

Was a little concerned, as I had never heard of TravelOnline before, but everything was organised and we had no issues. Would have been nice if the beach club we had free access to was closer, as we didnt make it there because it was too far away. All else was great, booking was super easy, we changed our flight to an airline we preffered which was simple as, and added a couple of nights to our trip. The customisation was great!
