Our experience with TravelOnline could not have been better. It was never any trouble to hold and eventually aggregate multiple credits from trips not taken in 2020 and 2021 , and our trip to Westin Resort Nusa Dua went with out a hitch. The hotel was great, transfers spot and flights all as expected. They even had no issue accommodating our request for non-standard flights.
