Natasha was absolutely excellent - from initial booking right through. Natasha went above and beyond when we ran into an issue with the hotel not honouring one of our inclusions. Travel Online responded extremely promptly, contacting and clarifying with the hotel directly on our behalf. Within a few hours the hotel manager met with us, apologised and also checked in on us during the rest of our stay to ensure all was running smoothly. Given I had attempted to resolve this myself prior, and was not getting any response, this was so appreciated and just amazing that you were able to get this sorted. Thank you.
