I should have liked to have been able to pay deposit and balance online - but this is a minor point . Just being between UK and NZ it would have been easier .
your office kept us up to date with progress and someone always came back with an answer to any questions
The best advice was to book restaurants over the whole vacation . its easy to cancel if you change your mind ( not that we did ! ) but it meant we ate when and where we wanted

We had a great experience with Travel Online. The lady I spoke to on the phone when booking the package was very knowledgeable and helped explain everything very thoroughly. We booked a great inclusive package deal to Fiji which saved us heaps when we got there. Everything they advertised and we paid for was delivered, and we had no hassle or problems with flights, transfers, accomodation or our visit to the beach club. Will use again and can highly recommend.

Great process and service. Our only feedback is the massage we got included we didnt use as it was too far away from our resort. Would be nice if the massage was for the spa in the actual hotel, this is what we assumed. Wish we had looked into this before we left.
