Very impressed with service. After submitting a request for a quote I received a phone call from an agent who had stayed at Rimba by Ayana and was able to offer her personal experience and opinions, which helped make the decision to book Rumba, which was certainly the right one.

Each step of the journey was well organised. Drivers waiting for transfers. The company used for transfers communicated well. Each motel used was located near the events we were attending as requested of our travel consultants.
For first time overseas travellers, travel online took all the hassle of organising our holiday. We appreciate all their assistance every step of the way.
