Very impressed with service. After submitting a request for a quote I received a phone call from an agent who had stayed at Rimba by Ayana and was able to offer her personal experience and opinions, which helped make the decision to book Rumba, which was certainly the right one.

First time booking a trip through a travel agency other then Flight Centre. This was a very easy, very smooth trip, because of TravelOnline. They made all the bookings (transports, accom and experiences) for us, all we had to do is show up. Would use again.

Each step of the journey was well organised. Drivers waiting for transfers. The company used for transfers communicated well. Each motel used was located near the events we were attending as requested of our travel consultants.
