Excellent once again no problem getting the visa in Bali on arrival, tried on line for 2 hours no success!
Jet star delayed x 2 but unavoidable technical issues thanks for the bag on the way home, would have been better to get it on arrival!

Emma has been wonderful from the very first enquires, our booking was for a large group & sadly some were unable to make it last minute but Emma ensured that everything went smoothly including cancellation.
